Very professional. We really like Judy, very helpful with my husband & being there when I had my own doctors appointments. Helpful around the house and with my husbands needs. He went into the hospital & nursing home and when he came out we asked for her again. Quality care. A well deserved 5 stars which I thought I gave the first time I reviewed. FirstLight is first class all the way. Tremendously responsive and accommodating. Their caregivers and staff are employees not freelance contractors. Caregivers are fully vetted and well qualified. I am an employee of first light. I love my job! I treat my patients as I would want my family treated. I would work more providing I did not have a little one to be home for. But my job itself I love it! Owners are very nice and office is very accommodating to my needs. I hope my patients are as happy with me as I am with them! My father had knee surgery in Cleveland and we used First Light to get him home. The companion we got was awesome she was so friendly, nice, and helpful. Those days were definitely made easier and less stressful with the help of First Light. I would absolutely recommend First Light to anyone and would use them again myself if needed.
