The Staff was very helpful and the facility is clean and very nice the cottages are perfect for senior living. The transition from rehab to the assisted living was seamless.

I would give the staff at Maple Ridge more than 5 stars, if possible! It started with Shaq the Senior Living Director doing everything she could to help me get my parents placed. Everyone that I have talked to or who has been in contact with father has been excellent to work with and truly seem to be interested in our well-being. After a long year of dealing with incompetent hospital staff, therapy centers and insurance people, working with the staff at Maple Ridge has been a great pleasure and a relief that some people care about their patients or customers. A big thank you to Shaq, Tim, Natasha, Vanessa and anyone else I forgot to mention because everyone helped us.

Its really an ordeal to visit a a place when you are looking for a a perfect spot for a loved one to live . I made the trip to Maple Ridge with an open mind and no pre concluded expectations. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and after I passed along the reason for my visit I was put in touch with a young lady named Madison who was the residents services director. She made me feel welcome and asked if Id like a tour of the facility. Cleanliness and warmth were easily noticeable as we walked and talked and her relationships with the residence was genuine and a sense of caring was felt both ways. Rooms were nice and an outside area was well landscaped and maintained. Madison made what I thought would be a dreaded afternoon into a highly enlightening visit I left with nothing but accolades for the Maple Ridge Senior living center.

Toured this facility since the change in name and what a difference !! You feel so welcomed upon entering the Community Center! First impressions are so important and the staff here are truly dedicated to delivering a great experience to everyone that walks through the door. I witnessed their interaction with their fellow co workers and other customers as I waited for a staff member to take me on a tour and I was very impressed to say the least. It is truly hard to find great communities such as this one. I highly recommend Maple Ridge if you or your loved ones are in need of senior living! The cottages make the transition from home much smoother versus a larger setting. The cottages house about 14-15 people and the hallway goes around in a rectangular shape ( no twist and turns or long halls) which make it easy to adjust to a new surrounding. Definitely take a tour here before choosing any other senior living option.

The facility is great, very clean, and the staff is wonderful. You can tell the staffing truly makes the residents feel like they are family. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Maple Ridge. Highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a home for a loved one.

We can't believe our good fortune in finding this place a family member in their 90's! I love doing with not eating well and no longer able to manage her own meds. She is doing very well here has been here for just over a year and the peace of mind for us is terrific. We visit at least weekly, we take her out for church, for meals, family gatherings and we know that when we return her she is safe & happy. The 'House Doc' and his NP are excellent, we use the 'house pharmacy' (Remedi ) and Therapy services. and podiatry comes in as well. The family's very pleased with all the services afforded our resident.

Had the opportunity to visit the community looking for my mom, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Place seemed very clean, all the seniors I encountered were happy and engaged. My mom ended up moving out of state with my brother, but if the opportunity arises and she returns to Ohio I would definitely be choosing Brookdale Willoughby.
