This was my first visit to see my grandma, and I was very pleased! It was very clean and homey, and the employees were very friendly!

My parents went into Brookdale Wickliffe in March 2016. I was very upset that my brothers and I had to make this decision for them to have to do this, but for their safety and health it had to be done. Now I had been talking to "Tiffany" since 2012 when my mother first got sick and I am telling you she is the greatest person. I talked to her every year since. Now it was time since my father could no longer take care of my mom as he is losing his site. My mother was not happy going, but Tiffany assured me that she will be fine. I live in Florida. My 3 brothers live in the area. So we got them moved in to this cute little apartment and from the nurses, housecleaning and laundry oh and maintenance they have been absolutely wonderful. It took sometime and everyone told me they will be fine don't worry we have been through this before. When I got into town to visit and make sure everything was okay everyone was great. I was able to eat dinner with them everyday and the food was really good and they would have a chair and place setting for me and I do have a service dog which they were fine with. Now today, as Tiffany told me. My parents are so happy my mom is healthier than she has been in years and even my dad is happy. This experience has made our family so much better. My mom and dad do so much and are having a great time. My dad just turned 90 and my mom is 87. Thank you Tiffany, Jessica, Ella and especially Patty who makes sure my mother is always moving.
