My mom lived in Provision's memory care unit for almost three years. Living nearby I was able to visit mom often, and always unannounced. I can say with 100% certainty she was always well cared for, spoken to with respect and dignity and the facility and her studio apartment were clean and well attended. Throughout mom's mental and physical decline, the nurses, care givers and management made it their priority to care for her so she we would not have to move her to another facility. My sister, daughter and I are eternally grateful to the Provision team and the care they provided. Sue R.

Our Mom moved from an Independent Living facility to Provision Living at West Chester about a month ago. We have been impressed by everyone there, from Jamie, Executive Director, to Anna, Sales Director, to Yolonda, Wellness Director, and throughout the wonderfully caring staff at each level. It is a great relief to know that Mom is in the right place for her at this stage in life.

My father moved to Provision Living from another facility because he needed more specialized care that he was not getting. We arranged for a tour of this facility with Sarah Ford, she answered all of questions & concerns. Before he moved in he suffered a mini stroke - the executive director (jamie) and the director of nursing (yoland) both checked on him several times during his hospital stay. He was apprehensive about a change but the staff here made him feel safe, secure and welcome. From the first day that he arrived I felt we had made the right decision. The staff is very warm, compassionate and helpful (including the ladies at the front desk, hospice nurse & aides). I could not have ask for better care for my father especially in his final days, they cared for and treated him like a family member. I believe he received the best care and I am so glad we moved him when we did. The staff were all very touched by his passing.

Anna Worsham, Director of Sales, was a gift to our family. I made an appointment to review the community for my mom. Anna was able to answer every question. She took time to clearly understand my concerns. I felt the compassion that she had not only for her team but for the residents. It was such a pleasure working with Anna. I was comfortable making an educated decision for my mom.

We've loved our experience so far. My mom is really happy in Provision Living. The staff is truly attentive and always wants to solve problems. There are few problems to solve! It's more like adapting to preferences that my mom has—and the staff is eager to help her feel like she's at home. My mom moved across country to be at PL, and it is amazing to me how quickly she has adapted. She loves the activities! Thanks for a marvelous experience!

The community is very clean with an open floor plan. The memory care was very impressive with indoor and outdoor activities, chef prepared meals, a community atmosphere and spacious rooms all within a very secured area.

I attended a meeting on Driving with Dementia - or not - by Mark Healy at Provision at West Chester. They provided a marvelous...and gluten free..lunch, great desert and very pleasant staff. The Kitchen and the Receptionist were very helpful. The Community was new and very attractive. If you're looking for a Community for Seniors in your life, You must visit Provision. I give it a 5!

Spent the late afternoon on Provisions of West Chester's patio listening to live music and enjoying food prepared by their chef. Staff are friendly and very caring, would be a place I would suggest for my family!
