I can't say enough about the therapy team they've done some much. When I admitted I wasn't walking currently taking steps. I wasn't able to use my right hand I am now able to do so. Anybody who has help me at Divine I am thankful for. I appreciate you all!

While recovering from surgery, I needed to place my husband in respite care, as I would not be able to care for him during my recovery. Divine was recommended to me by my husband's aide, whose grandmother was a patient there. After one and a half weeks, I visited. The staff were amazing! My husband conveyed to me that he was VERY, VERY happy, which was a relief. I was extremely impressed. The facility was odorless, and the floors were clean and shiny. A huge thank you to Divine for taking such great care of my husband and for making us both feel valued!

Great Rehab center. Neat home for people especially Seniors.. well trained staff . Good manners.. Highly secured environment. Good parking lot.. As a Hospice Chaplain I find the place very exciting.

I would like everyone who has ever has family in this rehab place to get ur family out this place is truly trash the take ur money when you get SSI of only $984 and I only get $30 dallers to live on on top of that they let a nurse give me and one other person a shot that messed me up on walking I'm in a wheelchair and can walk on my own the place is fool of fake people they don't take care of us right the look us in side with code only the nursing stuff and ads have bugs and bed bugs ant and rats and dirty places because there help don't clean rooms ur stuff isn't safe they give the ok for ur stuff to come up missing and when they send you home with out ur meds and will not respond to you if you get ur stuff stolen from u even if you show them resets like food cell phone s.bran new clothes yup exactly ’ this place is truly not a good place and on God they 2 and 3 shifts are on they phone s and in ur bessnes only do they job if staff is there and kick you out with an open woun yup exactly ’ this place needs to be cleaned down they need more training iv only have people who work as a nurse it's cat and Amanda and Chris who take there job right never on they phone always there to help me I had a major surgery now I'm at home were my husband taking care of me right this place doesn't work exactly when they say ur meds are at the Walmart in defiance ohio when u looking like a fool when you ask.for you're meds and they say that you don't have meds and we don't even see your name on our list to get meds I'm a diabetic and can't even get my meds this place is truly trash —‘ yes please do me a favor and get ur family out iv seen cleanet trap houses then this place

They did have a few people there that were excellent,caring,and attentive nurses and aides,they did.Honestly though in my experience,their overall compassion and attentiveness to the residents there was bare minimum at best,if not nonexistent.If they have time to sit around and be obnoxiously loud at 9 and 10 at night when there is a resident's room right across the way,then they have time to do what they're supposed to be there for. My fiancee died in the hospital( the manager and one of the nurses tried to deter me from getting her released to said hospital,by the way)She passed at the hospital a week later. Most of the attitudes there are very uncaring,let alone unprofessional.They save face well, I'll give them that,talk a good game ,but if you're there and pay attention to how things go there ( especially after 7)you will see after about a week. Just know that if you want your loved one to be well looked after and comfortable I would NOT choose this place.Lets just say I had to learn how to become her caretaker while there to make sure she was taken care of,fed,even hydrated( very important,right). Maybe things have changed there since November of 2022.I hope for the sake of the residents and their families that they have.I can't express to you enough how guilty I feel, how much sorrow,and unresolved conflict I still have ,and probably always will. There is SOME...of this that was beyond any nursing home,or anything they could have done for her,as she did have a terminal illness ( at the time I didn't know how close she was to her time of passing). Either way if you do choose to send your loved one here, know that they will do much better if a familiar face is there to encourage, support,and advocate.I TRULY,and from the heart,hope things have gotten better there since my/her experience,and that wherever you choose,your loved one gets the care, therapy and support they need as they move towards recovery I give two stars because there were a few very sweet and caring people there,who truly did what they could,and even went above and beyond...they are out there still,but again ...if you want the best,or even decent care...there are definitely other places

5 STARS!! The facility is clean, smells good and the staff are wonderful. The therapy department is the best in the city and get residents back to their prior level of function in record time. The Rehab wing is newly renovated with clean, spacious rooms with private phone, flat screen TV and cable. Divine Toledo is a stand up facility and I urge anyone who is on the fence about coming to this facility... just give it a try! You will be so pleasantly surprised!

Such amazing and supportive team they have. Although we haven't been able to visit my grandmother who resides there since the pandemic. From communications via email, phone calls and arranging monthly zoom chats with the family we are so grateful of the efforts of the staff. Thank you so much Laurels of Toledo for being so supportive to our family during such times of uncertainty.

I met with the marketing director Kristy who gave me a tour of the facility and she was so welcoming and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a skilled facility for a loved one in the Toledo area. The rooms were beautiful and was very clean!

I visited specifically to try out the Alter G - and it was a fabulous experience! I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. The staff were extremely caring, professional and knowledgeable about how using the Alter G would benefit me and other individuals in the most positive ways. The facility was clean and cheerful - overall wonderful experience!

My mother was there after her hip replacement. The ladies were very friendly. Nice and clean place. The food was not the best. But certain times of day they would have coffe, tea and fresh baked cookies in the dinning room. They would smell so good. Overall a nice place for the price you pay.

Lorals is a hit and miss nursing home, I have found some of the nurses to be very good at there jobs, and others should not be in that business. Part of the building is actually very nice more so the back side, the front could use some help, its not the worst in the city.
