Kids checked it out - still ok. Snow was cleared every day. Good for old people. Just ran a serious maintenance project on the elevators. Old guys appreciate that, too. August update. Still clean, yard well kept

I really love living here. Everyone is so friendly, including the staff. Cindy goes above and beyond to work with everyone. I feel safe here and they have many activities and movies to participate in.

Pelham Manor is truly a wonderful place to live. The apartments are not only clean and safe, but the staff are very kind and helpful. The property is very well maintained. All the other residents are incredibly kind, making me feel completely at ease living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful living environment, there is a recreation room filled with puzzles and games, as well as a beautiful courtyard with flowers and bird feeders I love to watch the birds an squirrels eat from it. Numerous benches to sit and relax, and there is even a picnic table for outdoor gatherings.

Very Clean. Cindy was friendly and made the application process enjoyable. I loved the recreation room,with games and puzzles for everyone. I am looking forward to calling Pelham Manor Apartments home.

Pelham Manor, is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are clean, comfortable and safe. The staff is beyond amazing, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone who meets the criteria. Also, they have lots of activities for every resident to enjoy doing.

Love it here! Management and Maintenance teams always assist its residents with their simple needs. They're friendly and courteous addressing emergencies like elevator breaking down or alarms quickly. They try to create activities and bring vaccinations to all residents including the shut ins and disabled. Grateful Christine Hill
