Not as helpful as they make you believe, but very beautiful and it's in a higher end of town with an amazing location everything is newly remodeled, the scenoria no matter your apartment is located on the property, wild animals, deer raccoons, ect., the wild life is amazing to watch!! And shout out to the KITCHEN staff y'all know who u r!!??!! Y'all have went above and beyond because u truly cared and u were his 80% when he could only give 20% of himself!! You r the definition of the most caring and helpful stuff and sometimes it is those little things like watering his plant while he's hospitalized.... (Michaela) I'm so sorry if that isn't the right spelling girl! And the taller with shorter dark hair girl and the and just Soo sweet always help dad that means the world to all of us not just my family but everyone's!!!

Ansleigh at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, creating a great first impression, and Jamie does an excellent job leading the team and making sure everything runs smoothly. The staff truly care about the residents, and it shows in the clean environment, engaging activities, and overall positive energy throughout the building. It’s a place where people can feel comfortable, connected, and genuinely enjoy their day to day life.

My father has lived at Storypoint for over 3 years now. It was an adjustment at first, but he has settled in. The staff is wonderful. Jamie and her team are kind and helpful to the residents. The facility is newly updated and fresh looking. The food is good, and most of all we appreciate knowing that our loved one is not alone. My father has friends he sees every day, who look after each other. Thanks Storypoint!

This is a very nice facility. My brother was here for a few years. We unfortunately were unable to keep paying out of pocket above what his disability could cover. His room was very nice, the staff was nice, and he made some nice friends. The building and grounds are kept very well too. If you are considering this facility I do recommend it as my family and I had a good experience.

I have been here 3 yes. The staff are great to work with and they will gladly help solve any problem. The food COULD ALWAYS be better, but they have a budget. Housekeeping is wonderful. So all in all great place to live and relax in our senior years.

I haven't been at storypoint long , 3 or 4 months. But I'm really happy there. The food isn't bad, there are a lot of people to please. The staff is wonderful, from the people that serve our food , to the clean our rooms. The staff is always polite , kind and helpful. You can always ask for help. Someone will always go out of the way to help. When I came here I really didn't want to leave my home. But I needed a better place to live.I'm so glad I was able to come here.

We moved my mom in here last year, and while there are aspects of the facility we appreciate, the quality of the food has been a consistent issue. She has frequently expressed frustration about the meals, so I started reviewing her menus myself. Over the last 20 menus, I’ve noticed hot dogs listed as an entr©e every 3-4 days, which feels unacceptable for a senior living facility. Tater tots are also served as a side far too often. While I don’t expect gourmet meals or a dietitian, I do think they need to prioritize offering more balanced, nutritious, and varied meal options. They can and should do better.

My mother and I took a tour yesterday 8-9-23. Tina was Amazing. She made my mom feel important and answered all of our questions. We looked at 3 different apartments. All were wonderful. It was very clean and spacious. Tina was a wealth of information and made the entire tour very enjoyable for my Mom.

Fantastic place to stay. From the day I moved in everyone has been helpful and polite. I’ve been very happy since I moved in. Beautiful rooms and many amenities and activities to do. I’ve been more happy here than anywhere else.

This is the best community that has worked out great for my mom. She has made many friends and feels very comfortable. The staff does an amazing job. She has opportunities to get involved to help out. Loves the entertainment. Beauty shop does a great job. Church services she enjoys. Lots of opportunities for outside trips, exercise programs etc. Food service does a great job with options. She has never complained about staying here. 4+ years now.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was extremely impressed. I currently work as a rehab therapist inside of a Skilled Nursing Facility at another location and I will typically float around different nursing homes for therapy work as a PRN therapist. When I am in different facilities it gives me a chance to see them and there are definitely ones that I have not liked very much and others that I found to be very nice. This was one location that I was thoroughly impressed with. The entire building was extremely well maintained and very neat inside and out, the dining area and all the common areas were nicely set up an extremely cozy. The rooms for the residents are just the right size and offer some excellent amenities. I was so impressed with everything I thought to myself, I want to live here! If you are searching for a facility I recommend checking this place out to see it for yourself.

Feels like home, they have breakfast, lunch & dinner which is amazing. The grounds are beautiful to walk on. All the people are friendly. There are different activities to do for your loved ones daily. Beauty Shop, little workout room, chaple, library, laundry facilities, ect. If your thinking about coming to look at Pearl Road Crossing but you weren't sure, take my word for it. You won't be disappointed. It's A GREAT PLACE!
