Our family could not say enough about the facility, the caretakers, and the management at SW Commons. It comes with a high recommendation from each member of our family! My father was a resident here for about 5 months. He was on hospice and needed a higher level of care which he was able to receive in an Assisted Living setting. We were blessed by the fellowship he had at mealtimes and activities, and took full advantage of the outdoor courtyard where we spent many afternoons and evenings. His suite became our home and the residents and employees truly became our family. They ALL did more than care for him, they cared about him and our family. As my father's disease progressed our family was blessed with compassion and my father with comfort. In the rare occasion we had an issue or recommendation, it was always quickly resolved. There are no words that can express the gratitude that our family has for all those that cared for my father. So simply, Thank you!

While my father only spent 13 nights at SouthWest Commons due to his illness and ultimately passing, the staff are to be commended for going above and beyond in caring for my father and assisting our family during this stressful time. The accommodations are stylish and homey and the food is tasty and nutritious.We wish he could have stayed longer, but God had other plans. Staff members Joan and Cyrus were incredible and kind. We would recommend SWC to other families.

My father-in-law has been a resident at SouthWest Commons for four years. Throughout the years he has been very well cared for. The daily monitoring and passing of meds by the nursing staff has been exemplary. Support staff routinely offers assistance and attention to the residents as needed. The Director of the Community has always gone the extra mile (or ten) to ensure that Dad received extra care when the inevitable bumps in the road occur. The Community is always extremely clean and never has any "foul odor" which is present in many other communities. The entire staff is very friendly. The Community has weathered the "Covid" storm and we all look forward to returning to a vibrant, healthy and family-friendly environment.

It is very much like home and the staff feel like family. They genuinely care about my mom and make sure shes cared for every day. Moms always busy in activities. It was hard to make a decision on where mom should live, but were so glad we chose Southwest Commons. Its so clean, beautiful, and the staff are great!

We have my grandma at Southwest Commons, as a RN I really didnt want her to go to an assisted living. However, I am so glad we found this community. They take excellent care of my grandma. She is so happy there, she loves the activities coordinator as she spends a lot of time with her. She has been so much more social and is absolutely thriving. If we have concerns the community director addresses them immediately. She has even taken care of minor issues on the weekend. The community director gives you her cell phone number and will answer calls our texts night or day. The nurses there are incredibly knowledgeable and my grandma just adores them. She says all the staff are friendly and work hard. I would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone especially if you are on the fence about placing your lives one in an assisted living. Thank you all so much for everything you do!!!

If you want to place your lives one in a facility that feels like family, then I HIGHLY recommend Southwest Commons! My mom has been here for over a year and I cannot say enough good things. The nurses there over communicate, the community director has reached out to update us on happenings at Southwest Commons, she is very responsive to questions. The caregivers are hands done the greatest and mom just raves about them. They have handled the covid 19 pandemic so well, try unique ways to get us to see my mom. They have done everything they can to keep the spirits up of all the residents there. If you want to see whats happening and what your loved ones are up to they post a ton of photos on Facebook of activities. The activities coordinator sets up FaceTime calls, my sister doesnt have FaceTime so they use google duo for her. Everyone is just so friendly and caring and you can tell they genuinely love and care for your loved ones.
