It's the best facility I've worked at by far! I'm proud to be a part of a team that is constantly working toward providing quality care, compassion, and engagement to our wonderful residents. Our Memory Care unit, now known as Lilac Trace is showing great improvements with the new leadership in place. The Enclave of Springboro is truly a place to call home.

Don’t go here .they employees don’t take any good care of the residents in memory care they treat them wrong they feed them wrongly they don’t do any activities they just sit around like zombies they don’t change the residents property and also the reason why some get utis and most rashes on their bottoms corporate need to get there ASAP

This staff is the BEST! They have taken excellent of mom for over a year and now that visitors are restricted, I know that she is being well cared for and has consistent people who she ‘knows loving on her! They are also working with me to find ways of communicating with mom.

This is a fabulous community! The staff is so attentive to the residents and all residence have smiles on their faces! Lots of great, interesting things to do. Also, the food is superior! Most places I have visited, the residents usually complain about the food. Not here! Every meal is enjoyable. If you are looking for a community for yourself or a loved one, Atria Springboro is the place! You will not be disappointed.

My mom lives here in the memory care. All of the staff are so caring and really take time to get to know her likes and dislikes. Mom can be a handful and the staff are all very patient with her. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The director in memory care is wonderful as well! I feel like when I leave her she is in good hands.

Amazing place to work! The training and engagement with each staff member is phenomenal. The staffing ratios are well above the standards in the industry. The food is excellent and the staff and residents are wonderful!

Thank you to the fine staff at Atria for such great care for my Mother! She came there 2 months ago very ill and in a wheelchair, today she is up and running to activities all day long! My family is so pleased with her care, the excellent meals, the many activities and the genuine care and concern that Atria staff shows for their residents! Thank you for all that you do, we highly recommend Atria Springboro to everyone looking for a care facility for their loved one!

My mother lives in Atria Springboro (formerly The Landing of Springboro). She loves it and I love it. She just has a little suite, living room, bedroom, a little kitchenette, and a nice big handicap bathroom, but she's happy as a clam there. It's an assisted living and a memory care facility. I'm very impressed. She had been there for respite care a few times. They clean the rooms, mop her little kitchenette area, vacuum, dust, change her linens, wash her towels once a week, and they would do her laundry if I didn't. The whole place is immaculately clean. The dining room gets mopped down multiple times a day. The food is excellent. The vegetables, the fruits, and the salads are very fresh. It definitely is not institutional food. They change up the menus, so there's variety. All of my mother's aides are amazing. She has adopted them all as granddaughters and they go out of their way to make sure that she has what she needs and she's comfortable. We just have communication issues and a couple of times when I called and asked for messages to be given to her, she didn't get a few of them. The activities are awesome and they do a lot of family activities. They have picnics, a Halloween party, a Father's Day activity, a classic car show where they have barbecues, live music, and luaus, a Mother's Day activity, bingo, arts and crafts, and field trips. They have lovely outdoor areas. The front has a big covered outdoor patio area with an outdoor fireplace, patio tables, picnic areas, and little walking paths. This facility backs up on a public park.

While we didn't know it was his final months with us the staff ensured his care with compassion, kindness and gave him dignity dealing with dimentia. I cant Express enough thanks to the life guidance unit and staff and those throughout Atria. Thank you for giving my dad enjoyment,purpose and even love. I highly recommend and there are not enough stars I could give them .

Atria Springboro is more than a Senior Living Community; it is a LIFESTYLE! We recently moved a close family friend into Atria. The experience was seamless from start to finish. The staff truly made us feels like our family was theirs. The communication was outstanding and the staff really cares about their residents from the nurses and caregivers to the dining room team. They are all so friendly and on top of the residents needs. We were invited in for lunch during the move and the food, it is delicious! The activities and events that this community offers are impressive. One of my favorites is the family nights. It is great to see a community keep the resident and family needs in touch. We are so fortunate to have found this new home.

Atria Springboro (formerly The Landing of Springboro) is amazing. My mother-in-law is in there right now. Everybody is friendly and caring, and they take really good care of her. Her room is beautiful. She responds really well to the activities. Their staff is wonderful. She is in their memory care complex. It's close to our home and we were thrilled with them; that's why we chose them.

After touring many facilities for my mother in law, we chose the Landing at Springboro and we could not be happier. Mom is in a caring place surrounded by staff that understand her and respond quickly to her needs. The secured environment gives all of us peace of mind. The best decision that we made for her was to place her in this amazingly caring home. She is happy and has made many friends among the other residents and the staff.

Caring
I went to The Landing of Springboro. It is expensive. It is fancy. It caters to a certain clientele. It caters to people who are probably used to living in a very well-to-do social strata. They do provide a lot of services. They have lots of activities. and theyll also put you in their van or their car and take you pretty much where you want to go. If I deal with some very well-to-do clients who want to live south of town, I would recommend it to them, and I would let them make up their own mind. Yes I would recommend it if they have the money to pay that. But if it was for me, I wouldnt want to live there.
