Our experience at Enclave has been overwhelmingly positive. People move mountains to help my mother move in with some complex health issues. Her care has been amazing and the staff is incredibly kind. Their communication is outstanding if I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would because really the only half star I took off was due to the kitchen and room right now. The food is average, but the kitchen often runs out of what they’re offering and there seems to be no organized system for waiting on tables and getting food out. The waitresses are lovely though. Compared to the rest of the care in the amazing facility this is a very minor thing so I would definitely recommend this location for your loved one.

Im a resident that has lived here 8 years this month.and the management has been the best I've seen now. The housekeeping always does a great job, and their is so much to choose for activities Shirley and the girls also do a great job bringing in a variety of entertainment. Dinning room is improving along with the variety of food.The transportation is always available and Scott is great. Wish I was home but I'm not capable of being there so if I had to choose anywhere I'm so glad I chose The Enclave of Springboro.

The Enclave and its staff have been the answer to my prayers for my mom with dementia after 2+ years of being mom’s only caregiver, working full time, being a wife, mom and grandma myselfI thought I was losing myself. My mom was adamant about living alone and in her own home (just a 1/4 mile from me) but her doctors and I knew she couldn’t anymore. She’d be devastated, furious, and I knew she wouldn’t go willingly. I met with Enclave staff and they, along with my mom’s doctors, helped me come up with a plan that would accomplish what my mom and I needed, with the least amount of trauma to her. Finally somebody was helping me. The nursing director, executive director, sales staff, dining room staff, the residents have been welcoming caring and supportive of me and my mom’s needs. My mom is actually doing better now, being stimulated, making friends, socializing, and best of all she has her little dog she couldn’t live without. The Enclave and its staff are TRULY a special place that I can’t thank enough for saving me, my mom, and family from the most difficult period of my life I’ve had to handle. True blessing and it’s great food, great compassion, great activities for seniors, and fantastic care. Debbie, Kristin, Becky, Nate and so many othersthank you for being angels on Earth. As busy as they are, the director Debbie still takes the time to text me about my moms day, to answer my questions. Feeling grateful, thankful and finally sleeping at night. Amen. THANK YOU!! My mom has been living at The Enclave of Springboro for the past 4 years. I can't imagine her living anywhere else. The staff has become family. I am able to travel a little bit with my husband, kids and grandkids knowing she's being well taken care of. They have various levels of activities throughout the day for the residents to participate in if they are interested, but, there's no pressure. If the activities staff notice that someone who usually participates is absent, they will actually go to their rooms and bring them so they don't miss out. Happy hours is always a big hit with yummy snacks and a variety of beverages. I was visiting recently and was treated to music in the dining room by a gentleman who comes once a month and plays the saxophone, clarinet, and flute, and even sings. My mom and her friend who I brought to visit had one of the best days I've seen in quite a long time. It was a true blessing for me and a memory I won't forget ever.The activities staff (Shirley & Tammy) is kind, loving, and truly care about their residents as are the nursing staff (Becki), the care team (aids), the front desk ladies, dining room staff, housekeeping, transportation who are all lead under the direction of Debby Kirchner who makes sure our loved ones are taken care of like they were her own family. I thank God everyday for everyone at The Enclave.

I just want to say if your looking for a place to live The Enclave is the place to be..Me and my husband looked for 3 years at different facilities and this was far the best we seen. this place became our forever home.the things that make me the happiest. The Activities department with Shirley and her girls they go above and beyond with so many exciting and new things to do every day.I’ve never had my apartment so clean by housekeeping as I do here. Maintenance issues are always available.Kristen in sales has done great things for me when we moved in. Food is great dining room always open to accommodate us.I’m not one for needing excessive care but when I do they are here to always help me. I just want everyone to know I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else everything you need is here at The Enclave.My thanks to everyone who works so hard here.

From the look at the lobby and dining room and feel of the reception, this was the place for my Mom. How disappointed we have been in the last 10 days upon arrival. Medicine dispersant has been inconsistent depending on the nurse on duty. Call button time that were promised 10-15 min are 1-1.5hrs. I walked next to an aide who disregarded a call for the room next to my mom. My mom has had 1 shower since arrival, only because she ask. I have helped my mom to the bathroom because help is not available. We are paying for assisted living but getting independent living.

After touring multiple facilities for my aunt and uncle we knew as soon as we walked in that Enclave was our final stop, their next home. We were greeted at the door, and given a tour the same day. We were shown all the different floor plans. They have studios all the way up to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. Which was great for us because my aunt and uncle are coming from a 3 bedroom home and of course they wanted to bring everything. The move was amazing. And so far everyone has been great. The first few nights we were so nervous having them away from family. To help us feel better the Executive Director and Director of Nursing gave me both of their direct cell numbers to call if I needed to or had questions. They both have went the extra mile to make this move easy for us. We see them everytime we visit. The directors or staff don’t hide behind office doors. Which tells a lot about the care. The kitchen staff always greet us when we are dining with them. It’s just a great feeling being able to sleep at night knowing our loved ones are safe. My in laws are touring next week. They are excited to be neighbors again.

I highly recommend Enclave of Springboro Senior Living. My mom resided at Enclave for almost two years. She previously lived at her home in Middletown and she made the decision to move to senior living to have more daily interactions with people. After you enter Enclave through their beautiful main entrance, you are usually met by Judy at the reception desk and she’s always very friendly and helpful. On our first visit, we met with Kristin who took us on a private tour and we found Enclave to be a lovely place and just what we were looking for with private rooms, resident dining room with menu selections and numerous activities each day. Mom was an extremely active person and enjoyed all the activities and during warmer months would be outside walking around the building several times a day. She especially enjoyed when musicians and singers would visit Enclave to entertain the residents and she would usually dance along with the music. Enclave also has several family events throughout the year including Easter egg hunts and Halloween activities which she and her great-grandchildren had fun attending. Mom made many friends at Enclave and also had many staff members who she considered friends. Mom was very young at heart so she was friends with some of the younger staff who would run over and give her a quick hug when they’d see her. Mom had a special bond and friendship with Felicia, Director of Wellness, who always kept an eye on her and ensured all her health needs were taken care of. Kristin is now the Executive Director of Enclave and always very professional, helpful, friendly and looked out for my Mom. There are so many other staff members who were very nice and would always take the time to assist Mom with anything she needed or assist with any health concerns we were worried about but just too many to individually mention. Except just one more Mom had a friendly rivalry with the Chef. She loved Ohio State and he’s a Michigan fan but she liked him anyway LOL. There are several social areas around Enclave and the staff would always make sure to have the Ohio State games on one of the big screen TVs for Mom to watch.

We had a complicated move for our mother with lots of changes in location within the Enclave and changes in the paperwork. None of this was the Enclave’s fault. The staff was very accommodating every step of the way, and went above and beyond when getting things done quickly when there was an urgent need. Taylor was wonderful in responding quickly and thoroughly to our requests and questions. We are very grateful to all of the staff’s assistance, and in particular to Taylor and Kristin, in getting our mom moved in. We know she is safe there and will be well cared for.

My wife has been at The Enclave of Springboro for close to a year. She gets unbelievable care. I am there normally at least six days a week. The members of the staff who help care for my wife, whether they are nurses or caregivers, are all fantastic. They genuinely care. They are always pleasant, friendly, cheerful, helpful, and competent. All the other staff I have dealt with, such as the wait staff in the dining room, the housekeeping people, maintenance, and those at the concierge desk are the same way. I have no complaints whatsoever. It is so different from what I have seen in other places and from stories I have heard of other places. Business took me to a number of senior living places before I retired. I saw none that could come close to matching The Enclave of Springboro. I am now pretty well acquainted with the people in management at The Enclave and they do a fantastic job as well. They are very accessible and extremely competent. The facility itself is magnificent. Both the lobby and the dining room are designed with a very spacious feel to them and are bathed in sunlight. My wife’s one bedroom apartment has a large window in both the living room and the bedroom. All of that natural light getting in is very cheery. The corridors are like those in fine hotels, but wider. There are lots of varied activities for the residents every day, should they choose to participate. I have read several reviews by former employees who were apparently caregivers rather than nurses. I have never seen any evidence, or heard any statements by other residents or their families, supporting the negative statements those ex-employees made. My experience at The Enclave with agency employees has been totally different than mentioned by the ex-employee negative reviewer. In my experience, the agency workers work a night shift when less care is required as the residents are primarily asleep. On two separate occasions I arrived very early in the morning. On one occasion, I asked for some help from a caregiver. She was exceedingly friendly, eager to help me, and handled my request most satisfactorily. On the second occasion I made a request of an agency nurse. Her response was equally positive. I will admit I was somewhat skeptical of agency employees in the beginning. I realize they are necessary with the tight labor market we have today. But my only experiences with them were so wonderful, that on the second occasion, I tried to talk the agency nurse into applying for a job at The Enclave. However, for personal reasons, she preferred working for an agency rather than have a permanent full-time job. In summary, I am exceedingly thankful that my wife is at The Enclave. The experience is so much better than I had ever expected it to be. It is a bright, cheery, facility with wonderful people who really care about the residents and treat them accordingly.

My mom has been there for two years. Like any other Assisted Living, staff will come and go. Like any other place of employment, you will have good and bad employees. I have found that when there are issues, Management does want to know and works to correct. I feel that my mom is totally safe there. The food is good and the serving staff ( although not always fully staffed) works hard, are kind and patient. I have become quite close to the front desk staff and several nurses. They keep me in the know and I know they truly care for my mom. The PA that does weekly rounds is exceptional. I trust her more than I would trust some hospital doctors. Nursing staff overall is very competent and have my complete trust. The maintenance and support staff are responsive and friendly.

I moved my grandmother here from out-of-state so that she could receive the extra care needed with memory care. I looked at several places in the area and decided on the Enclave after hearing about their change in ownership, and seeing the place for myself. The Enclave made her transition seamless, and even had a welcoming party after-hours to make sure my grandmother was well-received after a long stressful day of travel in busy airports and traffic. The staff is excellent, and my grandmother is receiving great care from the care associates and the nurses. The food is also top-tier, as well the activates and events. The pricing is the best in the area for the services they provide. I highly recommend the Enclave. Admittedly, I was cautious at first due to the reviews, but I can personally attest now that the old reviews are reflective of the old ownership, and that the new owners and management team know what they're doing. Things are well-run, and my grandmother is happy and cared for.

My mom has been a resident since early 2020. She started in Assisted Living and moved to Memory Care about 10 months ago. The entire staff has been extremely kind and patient with mom! She’s not an easy patient and has been more than a handful at times. They have done their best with her and continue to treat her with dignity and respect. We love many of the aides who work with her in memory care and appreciate all they do. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her aides! The director of memory care has always worked with us when we’ve had concerns, and is always willing to listen and find solutions. We are more than happy with the care mom receives at the Enclave.

When my father in law could no longer live alone we started searching for independent living facilities near his church. We found Enclave only about 2 miles away. For the past 21 months this has been his home. Even during COVID they took care in allowing him to attend church. In the past few months his health declined & we knew the end was near. Since he was in an independent apartment we thought we would have to move him to a nursing home. When I talked to the Director of Nursing, Nicole she assured me they planned on him being there till the end & they would make the necessary adjustments to his care to give him a quality end of life. Enclave contacted Hospice who in turn took over his care in his apartment to the very end. I can not express with words what this meant to my husband & his brother to know he was taken care of. I would recommend Enclave for anyone needing a home for their aging parents & to know they will have the upmost care to then end.
