My mother was there for respite care. The staff were very kind to her! Layla made sure that my mother had the accommodations she needed and even extended our stay with little notice!

I just finished my first nursing clinical at the Beehive in Springboro and I have to say it was an AMAZING experience. They truly set the bar high for students as well residents. I think what impressed me the most, (among many things), was the dynamic and bonds not only between residents, but residents and staff. The staff there does a fantastic job of creating very personal relationships with each individual resident and there truly is a familial ambience at all times. I can only hope to have my next clinical rotation at another place this great, but like I said, my expectations are so high because of the Beehive that I just don't think another facility will compare. Thanks so much for having us and making it it such a wonderful experience!

We have been visiting and dealing with BeeHive ever since our friend went to live there. We have been very happy with the care and the friendliness that our friend has received from the staff and caregivers. Any reviews of a negative nature may be untrue as we have always had a very good experience with BeeHive. The residents and our friend appear happy and well cared for. Many thanks to Angie and her staff for making our friend feel at home.

I have worked for Beehive since November of 2020 . I started as a part time Nurse . I have worked my way up very quickly to Director of Nursing . I have worked other places and have never seen a place like this . Most places are money hungry . This is a for profit facility but I have seen the owner Angie Sharp decide a potential resident is more care then we can give and suggest another place maybe better. She is not just taking anyone just to fill beds . I've also seen Angie come in and work 24 hour shifts , I've seen her go to court to help when a resident was placed her by the state . I've seen her cry when a resident passes . I've seen her hold the hand of a resident crying when they miss their family and they are not here to be with their loved one . This is the compassion I am very strongly looking for as a Nurse to work with . I This is a small place and it is amazing and fun and goofy . The activities director Kim always has something goofy up her sleeve to do with the resident . {look at our facebook to see videos } Nurses can get a job anyplace , there is a shortage . Sure I could go someplace and make more money but this place is amazing with amazing staff that cares about the well being of these residents . I am here because I believe this is how facilities should be ran . I am excited to be at the ground floor of a business is head and shoulders above the rest . This is how the elderly should be care for , in a loving home environment where everyone knows everyone and having an open door policy where families are welcomed anytime and actually encouraged to come in often . Both of my grandmas are at different assisted living care facilities and Beehive Homes of Springboro blows the other facility away. The staff are very welcoming and caring, the owners and administrators make you feel like family. The overall feel of Beehive is cozy and they have multiple areas where I can sit and spend time with my grandma, play games, take walks and so much more. Everytime I have gone to see my grandma she is in high spirits and is always excited to tell me about the activities she has done and conversations shes had with her caregivers. Highly recommend Beehive!

I had the pleasure of visiting this new facility and wow it is beautiful. Not at all like the assisted living facility my father in law was in some years back. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The large open areas are perfect for family visits and the rec room with the many windows really brought the outside in and was very inviting. I would definitely recommend BeeHive Homes to care for your loved ones.

I visited this new Bee Hive Home recently and was amazed at both the beauty and the caring approach of this home. I have been in the senior care industry for over 20 years, and this could very well be the nicest assisted living home I have encountered. Very impressive.

Visiting this place was amazing! We have been looking for a place for my grandma and have visited several places and no other place compares. The staff is a pleasure and the owners make you feel like family. We hope to move her in one day soon!
