Clean. There's a lobby for the entrance where you call the resident for them to buzz you in. It is wheelchair accessible. They have two elevators. One of the elevators is larger than the other. On the entrance level they have a men's and women's restrooms as well as a drinking fountain. There's also a recreational room that has a catering room on the side of it. There is also a nice gathering area as soon as you come in, with a TV and a couch as well as several other chairs and a couple tables.

This a nice building with a regularly used communal area entrance with furniture and a TV. People will sit together and socialize there. There is easy access to many stores and recreational activities as well. My brother takes his wheelchair to the dentist, restaurants, home depot, and the theater. It has a less busy street though so not hardly any car noise.

The apartment itself is nice. Wish they had better security or maybe cameras in the halls because my, totally sane, still got all her marbles grandma, is having things stolen from her room by an old employee with a set of keys. If you want to be disregarded just because of old age, in a place where everyone is old, this is the place for you.

Wonderful place to live. Clean and everything is fixed right away. Office ladies are very professional and kind. The area is great for walking to everything nearby. The other tenants are super friendly !! It's been great living here !!
