I needed to find an assisted living facility for my 51 year old brother. Sadly he has diabetes and other disabilities that required more medical attention than a family member could provide. Due to his age it was impossible to obtain enough medical help from medicaid to enable him to continue to live independently. We were so lucky to find Rocky River Village (Harbour Court). We were welcome with open arms by Lanita Turman. She went above and beyond to welcome my brother and make him feel at home. His apartment is warm and comfortable. He is able to play bingo twice a week and participate in daily activities. The staff is friendly, professional and always available. We are very happy that we made the decision to move my brother to such a family oriented facility.

As a 31 year old dealing with a father suffering from dementia I really needed a facility that was on top of things. I did not have the time to police nurses or worry if my father was receiving adequate care. Because of that we had been in and out of several assisted living/long term care units until we finally found Harbor Court/Rocky River Village's Memory care unit. While there are many negative reviews I could be leaving at a number of facilities in the area, I have nothing but good things to say about my family's experience with HC/RRV. The director, Christa, was easy to work with and extremely accommodating to our needs. The memory care floor nurses Sue and Charlene were an absolute blessing. They were available at any time to answer questions and kept me well informed, I never felt like I was bothering them or that they were too busy for me. Every aide on the floor was also very personable and helpful. The suite itself was perfect for a memory care patient and move in was easy. I am so thankful that we found this place and that my father was able to peacefully pass under the care of hospice in this wonderful place. Thank you all so much.

Everyone at Harbor Court is top notch From the front office and threw every department. The staff treated my mother like family. All my mothers needs were met and well performed well at Annies Place on the 6th floor memory care!!!

If youre looking for a friendly community for your loved one in a wonderful neighborhood, than look no further. The Harbor Court AL offers spacious apartments with 24 hour RN coverage and an on-sight therapy gym. It offers person-centered care and features a secured memory care neighborhood. The Harbor Court is a beautiful community with well-appointed rooms and common areas. I highly recommend this community to your or your loved one!

I have worked at Harbor Court since the middle of August 2019. This place has improved dramatically. Agency staffing is nill to none. There are consistent proficient kind staff her that care for the residents. Residents are happy to live here. A lot of new activities and outing occurring. Great place to work!

My dad has really started to settle in he has a great apt with 5 different closets, the grounds are great and they will accept your loved one should they have Medicaid coverage. The best part is that my dad got to bring his dog with him. He is also slowly starting to take part in the activities and is looking forward to his first field trip tomorrow. Dad looks forward to going to the dining area and he really likes the food. The staff and management have been great with my dad, I love seeing the difference in my Dad, he is happy here and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

This is a newer nice looking community. The people we met during our tour were nice. This community seems to offer a lot of amenities and this community allows pets.

Wonderful memory care space. The staff and residents seem very connected. It feels like a community despite its size. Concerns about distance and quality of the food. Except for the memory care unit, I am not sure it is different enough from where my parents are now to move them.
