The Normandy is a gorgeous living environment. Most staff are nice, sweet people. Some staff tend to seem bothered when you ask questions about your family members well being. If the staff nurse Monique is working, good luck trying to not get an attitude back! Completely disrespectful and does not care about her job. Some other nurses are very sweet though!

My mom, Opal, was at Lakeside for a yr or so. It's a beautiful place to be - safe, clean, & tastefully decorated - w/space enough for personal items acquired over a lifetime of 94 yrs. My brother found "you", once it became evident she needed memory care. My family loved it there - as did she - who could often be a "hard-sell". After contracting COVID, she was moved to nursing care, until her passing on Thursday, 12/16/21. PLEASE know how much we appreciate EVERYTHING you did for her - including cultivating a friendship, & seeing her as one w/a lifetime of experienced before the Normandy. Thank you for making her final months SAFE & happy, as evidenced by the time, energy, patience, & love bestowed upon her AND our family! Hers was a life well lived. Thank you. Lynda

My mother moved in Lakeside at the end of November 2018 and we are very pleased with her living environment. The staff is very caring, the food is good and the apartments are just perfect! Highly recommend this for others making the big decision.
