Lori is an awesome employee . I told her that my bedroom blind had been broken for a month but maintenance had done nothing. I filled out a maintenance repair request as instructed by the receptionist, yet nothing happened. Lori took it upon herself to get when she needed and she fixed it for me . She's a wonderful employee

My experience upon entering this facility since the arrival of the new ED, is pleasant and two thumbs up! I experience kind and courteous treatment from staff unlike in previous visits from years past. Because of this new staffing such as the ED, DON, Grounds, and Dietary, I believe that StoryPoint North is on its way to maintaining five star status!

My father lived at Storypoint Powell South (independent living) for over 4 years and then lived at Storypoint Powell North (assisted living) for about a month before he passed away. My father enjoyed living at both facilities. Some positives about both facilities include 1) the staff is extremely kind and truly seems concerned about the residents; 2) both buildings are well maintained with repairs made promptly; and 3) both buildings had a wide variety of entertainment. Additionally, the director of the assisted living building worked me with to quickly to positively resolve a billing issue.

We were very concerned about helping our mother with change but, Tara and team made the move seamless. She continues to thrive and is making new friends and enjoying her life. Sara was absolutely amazing today ! She was very warm and welcoming and answered ALL of my questions. The facility is awesome, just love the little neighborhood look !When you are faced with making the decision to place a loved one , you certainly appreciate the time they spend with you during a visit.Sara gets 5 ***** in my book !!!

My father was one of the first residents when Powell Memory Care opened. The facility is beautiful and the food is very good. The staff is very friendly and caring. They have gone out of their way to engage my father in activities that he is interested in. Everyone has been very helpful in seeing that my fathers needs are being met.

My father-in-law is so happy here. They have Awesome & friendly staff, great meals and meal options, and lots of activities. He keeps saying he wished he would have made the decision to move here sooner! We have made other referrals to them because of how happy he is, we cant thank them enough for their truly amazing care!

This post has been a long time coming, and Im sorry it took me so long to post. My mother moved in September 29, 2018 and from day one EVERYONE treated Mom like family. She had just been thru radiation treatments and was weak and not feeling great. All staff did an amazing job of making sure ifshe needed to go down to eat they would come up and get her. We got the devastating news in middle of November that her cancer had spread. Powell worked hand and hand with Vitas (Hospice) to make sure Mom was taken care of correctly. Until the bitter end everyone took great care of Mom. Even the cleaning lady was concerned that Mom wasnt eating so she would bring her up milkshakes. I cant say enough about all the staff, even in the office they helped me write a letter to Moms Long Term Insurance Company trying to get everything straightened out, they even got their home office involved. I would HIGHLY recommend Powell Assisted Living & Memory Care. Thank you to all the staff that went out of their way to help Mom, it meant so very much to all of us knowing when we werent there you were there taking care of her like FAMILY.

Life changes are hard. Tess and the entire staff at Powell Assisted Living and Memory Care have helped make this transition much easier for my parents and my sister and I. We feel blessed knowing our folks are in a top notch facility surrounded by warm and caring staff members. And peace of mind is priceless.It is exciting to see all PALMC has to offer to keep seniors engaged and encouraged in their new lifestyle and homes.
