i HAD JEFF TO COME IN TO HELP WITH CLEANING SOME SPOTS. HE ABSOLUTELY WENT ABOVE BOARD AND CLEANED EVERYTHING TO PERFECTION. THIS WAS ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT BECAUSE I HAD SOME PROBLEMS AND MADE A MESS. HE WAS REALLY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT GUY!

StoryPoint Group is an excellent company to work for and therefore I wouldn't want my mother-in-law Gisela to live anywhere else. I thought Mommy was an introvert until she moved to StoryPoint Pickerington with the help of Laurus Home Care last July. She is thriving in a safe and loving environment. My husband I tell her she has a more active social calendar than us. Thanks for all you do every minute of every day!!!

StoryPoint Pickerington is a wonderful, senior living place to live. My sister and I researched for a forever home for our mother. We moved our mother from Wheeling West Virginia her home town for 88 years. The staff just makes you feel welcome and will treat you like you are family. There is so much to do there from Bingo, fun exercising games, to going on group outings to metro parks to even seeing Blake Shelton in concert, and the list goes on. The calendar is always filled. The chef on staff and the waitresses are amazing. Food is delicious. Most importantly, the apartments are well-maintained and very clean. Our mother has made so many new friends I highly recommend StoryPoint Pickerington as your senior, living forever home

I have been working with storypoint since the opening over 5 years ago. I I'm really impressed with the staff. The kitchen staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents get the meals and treats that they like. The chef is always adding a special twist on his meals to make them extra special. The front desk staff is always in tune with the residence needs and requests. The entertainment staff keeps the residence entertained with in-house activities and with their seasonal outings. Housekeeping and maintenance are great at keeping everything up-to-date and tip top clean. The director and the rest of the front staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable about what is going on in the building. My mom has been at StoryPoint for nearly 2 years now, and here are just a few of the reasons why this is a great place: 1. The staff at the senior living community are incredibly caring and compassionate. They take the time to get to know my mom and are always attentive to her needs. 2. One of the most impressive aspects is the wide range of activities available for residents. From fitness classes to workshops and group outings, there is always something exciting happening. This has helped my mom stay engaged and active, both physically and mentally. 4. The dining experience is top-notch. The food is not only delicious but also catered to various dietary needs. 5. What struck me the most was the sense of community amongst the residents. They form genuine friendships and look out for each other. I am very happy living at Story Point Pickerington. I enjoy my apartment because it's spacious and beautiful! It has a bedroom, a balcony where I can grow my flowers and other plants, and A full kitchen with ample cabinet space, and a dishwasher as well! It's so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the apartment rather than have to walk down a hallway to do my laundry. The staff and residents here are so friendly. They are always willing to help each other. We Residents enjoy activities the community provides. Such as word games, outings, chair volleyball, daily exercise, and we even have a cycling class with our very own Executive Director. The Life Enrichment team keeps the fun coming and keeps us residents social. The amenities here include things such as dinner included in our monthly rent, the morning courtesy check-in calls to ensure each resident is safe, 24-hour staffing, and Laurus caregivers on-site to help us age in place. We also have complimentary maintenance, bi-weekly housekeeping and transportation provided by the community! I am very pleased to be a resident here and would recommend this community to anyone looking to keep their independence but yet have assistance available when needed.

My parents moved in back in 2018 and have enjoyed it very much. The staff has been great to them and treat them like family. Great programs for my mom to meet new friends in a new city. Unfortunately my mom passed this year but the staff have been great in helping my father begin his new life without her. They have been there whenever he needs them. Really appreciate the team onsite.

My grandparents have been living here for a few months now. Their main reason for them moving here was for the amenities, as they do own their home. They have had better access to their medical care here. Their physical therapy is through Summit and they have a team that comes in to see the residents, if needed. My grandparents love the dining options and bistro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although reluctant to leave their home, my grandparents have nothing but positive things to say about their new apartment and community. Im very grateful to have found this place for them.

I am looking to relocate to Ohio and was interested in independent living communities. Sycamore appears to be a wonderful place. It is modern and they have a lot of different room layouts that would meet most needs. I was able to talk with one and she had a lot of great comments about the location and how friendly the residents are. Really enjoyed the tour.

My daughter and I flew in from AZ to help my dad move into Sycamore Creek this week. ALL of the staff couldnt have been nicer or more attentive to his needs. A special thanks for letting us use one of the beautiful respite rooms so we were close by, to Cindy in the dining room, to Sharon for letting us in after 8 pm, and to Garith for making sure dads ceiling fans and tv wall mount were up. We look forward to visiting again soon and am so relieved dad is a part of this great community!
