My mom has now been at Elmcroft for a couple of months. It is certainly her home away from home. I have come to know the team there as a second family. Melissa at the reception desk is extremely helpful all the time. Mike helped us to move my.mom in and help her to be comfortable in her room. Sue, the nursing director is very personable and helpful in understanding moms level of care. Phil and Dave helped us to understand all the facilities services and are very responsive to her needs. Thank you to Rachelle also for making my comfortable and keeping her relaxed. The nurses and NP are very attentative to my mom and her daily needs. They are all interested in trying to to help my mom keep her independence although many a days she needs more help on some days. They are all willing to help her. Thank you.Elmcroft team for taking care of my mom.

Last month I visited Elmcroft and found a clean, well organized friendly place. We decided to move mom here and could not have felt more as ease with our decision. Phillip and his team were easy to work with, thank you! I got the incentive for March which made this choice an easy one for us.

My siblings and I continue to be pleased with the staff and facility at Elmcroft, where our parents (now just father) have been the past few years. My father is now in Heartland Village. There is enough going on to keep him engaged in things, from watching to participating. Efforts are made by the staff to really get to know the residents in that wing. It is obvious that the staff like what they do. It takes special people to do what so many of them do.

I am a former employee. i worked there as a dishwasher for almost two years. The company used to be great up until April 2016. i loved the residents and I liked most of my co workers and managers however now it has become all about saving money and under staffing which effects the residents. The kitchen where I worked used to be great but now meals are rarely on time and the food is poor quality. It is a good job for someone to start out but do not expect to get promoted or get paid very well. if you ,love elderly people this will be a good for you to work. I hope some of the managers improve so this can be a great place to work again.
