My Mom has been at Whitewood Village for a year in the memory care side and we are very happy with the caring staff, the beautiful, clean atmosphere and could not be happier with the decision to have her at such a great place with multiple activities. Hi, my name is Kathi, & I'm an employee at The Inn At Whitewood Village. My co- workers & management are very efficient & caring to all the needs if all residents, whether it's playing games, arts @ crafts, a bus trip for lunch, ice cream or ever a trip to the park, we also provide excellent live entertainment twice a week for all residents. In which the residents really enjoy dancing & singing along. Friday is happy hour for a great time to socialize , snacks, cold drinks & music. Sunday holds a day of church services @ following is our ice-cream social sundae. For our staff at the Inn At Whitewood Village is pure joy to be with these residents and brighten their lives! This career is a true calling from our Lord for me & I'm truly blessed

I would recommend this community to anyone seeking an assisted living. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the administration to the care givers. The community is clean and has good food. The residents all seem happy, up and moving about and well cared for.

My mother has been at Whitewood for a little over a year. I continue to be impressed with the staff and the care they provide for my mom. I have come to know many of them personally and feel very comfortable talking with them about my mom's care. I am confident that she is safe there and well cared for. There are nurses on site 24/7 as well as care staff. The facility is beautiful and well maintained and my mom has not complaints about the food. Compared to other assisted living facilities, this is by far one of the best and I highly recommend The Inn at Whitewood Village.

I am truly grateful for The Inn at Whitewood. From the first moment my brother and I visited, we knew it was the right place for our loved one. Everyone there has been friendly, compassionate and caring. The aides and nurses are wonderful. Joann and the management staff are never too busy to answer a question. The front desk staff is extemely imformative and helpful. I ask A LOT of questions and all were answered quickly and well as we prepared to move our loved one there. The rooms are clean and bright and there is plenty to do!! The meals are nourishing and there is even a weekly happy hour. We are also grateful it is a family-owned facility. We made the right choice in The Inn at Whitewood!

I certainly don't understand how they can charge what they charge and sleep at night with a clear conscience known to raking everybody through the coals to take every bit they're worth before they die. It's called price gouging and and pretty much think that's illegal but damn it they're getting away with it and that sits got to stop

We moved our mom to Whitewood from another facility and it was the best decision we ever made regarding her care. Whitewood is an amazing place. It is beautiful facility with a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, caring individuals. They know the residents and their preferences, providing individualized care. Mom has been at Whitewood for alittle over two months and she is consistently treated with respect and dignity. They keep residents active and have a nurse on duty 24 hours a day. We looked at several facilities and Whitewood is by far the best in the area. I cannot say enough positive things about Whitewood.

We moved our aunt there six months ago. The place is fantastic! Plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged. Caring staff that are very attentive to the individual needs of the residents. (They also appear to retain their staff which is difficult in today's environment and is key for continuity of care). Food is good. Place is very clean and well maintained. We have dealt with other assisted living facilities for three of our parents and this is tops!

Worst care ever in Memory Care... Untrained aides who spend more time on their phone then helping residents.. Filthy rooms, dirty carpet and broken blinds.. Pills found on the floor repeatedly.. I could go on and on...

We had both my parents at Whitewood until their passing. Its a beautiful facility and the staff is caring and thoughtful. The last few years were difficult with their failing health and limitations brought by Covid, but Whitewood did the best they could under the circumstances.

Such a great place! Ive always heard such great things about The Inn at Whitewood Village. Ive read some other reviews about billing and fees but none of it is hidden from you. The really good thing is that they have a sheet of any kind of fee that would be on a bill (if they purchased depends or maxi pads). I would highly recommend this facility!!

Don't put your memory care loved ones here. At the first sign of dementia advancing they ship the resident off without a family consultation or a 30 day notice. Dietician on staff is a joke. They offer no diebetic/low carb menu or sugar free options. Big turn overs in the STNA / nursing aid staff.

Whitewood was our first experience with assisted living. THEY SPOILED US !!! We loved everything about Whitewood. The nursing staff was excellent. They always went above and beyond to care for my dad. Whitewood had great activities that were enjoyable for all types of people/interests. Wonderful opportunities for socializing and building friendships. Unfortunately, due to health conditions , we had to move my dad. We are happy with the new facility, but not like Whitewood. We have found there are very few opportunities to socialize. Very little effort is made to have residents talk and interact. That would never happen at Whitewood. I could list a number of concerns with the new facility, but won't bore anyone with all that. I will warn you ahead, if you or a loved one moves to Whitewood, you will be spoiled. We had a great experience there and were very sad to leave.

What a wonderful Senior Assisted Living facility! Two years ago I searched many facilities here in our local area for a place for my Mother to live and hands downs this was my 1st consideration...and now...my Mother not only lives here but I work here as our Marketing and Admissions director! This is a loving, caring, and flourishing place for our seniors! Our staff and services are top notch! I love coming to work every day to work with our great staff and service our beautiful senior residents here at Whitewood!
