I am a regular at Sanctuary Grande. I am not an employee, but I do work for an organization that cares about senior living. I wanted to share my thoughts about this facility. This is one of the very best places I have been. EVERYONE here is exceptionally kind and caring. I have been fortunate enough to meet with many of their staff. I have asked questions, for which I always get the help I need. I have NEVER heard anyone raise their voice or be unkind in any situation. They are always kind, helpful and in control of the situation. They NEVER belittle their residents or colleagues and are always willing to take the time to help, no matter how busy they are. This facility is ALWAYS exceptionally clean. They have many, many activities to keep the residents active and involved. It’s truly amazing!! They go on outings to Restaurants, Ice Cream facilities, and shopping at places such as Hobby Lobby and many more. They offer exercise sessions, crafts, painting, and sewing. They have church services and offer movies, popcorn, pizza and much, much more! Thank you to all those that have helped me and that take such wonderful care of our Seniors!!

Our high school soccer team has volunteered at this senior living facility several times, and it has always been an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, caring, and dedicated to creating a positive environment for the residents. You can tell they truly care about the people who live there. The residents are always happy to interact with us, and it’s clear that they are treated with kindness and respect every day. The facility is clean, comfortable, and full of a strong sense of community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to spend time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring senior living community.

The Sanctuary Grande is an excellent choice for senior living . The overall layout is spacious with plenty of windows in common areas and there are many different apartment layouts to select from . However the best aspect of the SG is the health care staff. The floor nurses and the many aides who work there are ,for the most part , excellent and their care is personal and thorough . The aides and LPNs on our floor have been professional , kind and supportive. The kitchen staff provides a varied menu and the young people who serve are really pleasant . The front desk is welcoming when you arrive as well. The negative about the Sanctuary Grande is in regard to hospice care . If you or your loved one expects quality palliative care you will need to advocate strongly for it , which can be a burden. Communication can be difficult and frustrating as well.

We recently went on a tour of the Sanctuary Grande looking for a place for our mom. This place was beautiful. After we left I said that I wouldn't mind living here! The facility is bright and open. Residents were out in the dining room. Everyone seemed very happy and friendly. The staff we met with, Amber and Alexa, were great...very easy to talk with, and answered all of our questions.

I visit people I know here and I find the Sanctuary very clean and welcoming. They offer a variety of activities and I am very pleased the staff assist me organizing Jewish holidays and Shabbat for their Jewish residents!! The staff are pleasant and helpful. I recommend Sanctuary Grande to people who ask me where to place their families.

I provide physical therapy here through Total Care Therapy. Working closely with the Director of nursing, Teresa, and ADON, Lynette , has been great to provide the care the residents need to maintain their strength and mobility. The care assistant staff is always friendly and caring to the residents. The facility also offers a wide variety of activities for the residents and the therapy staff provides exercise classes and joins in with some activities with the residents. It’s been a wonderful place to work with the residents!

My Grandparents moved into this facility in middle of May 2025. It has been a hard transition due to many medication challenges, but the staff is absolutely amazing! They know what they are doing! Mary Ann at the front desk always has a welcoming and patient presence! Today, I met with Harley, the Director of Nursing and Melissa another nurse, and they were so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! I left there feeling like we chose the right place! They took time to explain everything to me that’s going on with my grandparents care and daily life. The facility is beautiful, they offer a large variety of activities and as I said before, the staff are super friendly! This type of transition. is hard, but the staff here understand that and are working as a team to make it better for everyone involved! 🙂

Sanctuary Grande was a godsend for my mom who spent a little over a year in memory care. She was able to socialize and enjoy herself and take advantage of all the activities such as music therapy. The staff were compassionate and we always felt she was in good hands. We also always enjoyed the family nights they put on. Overall a great experience.

I visited and met the Executive Director Alicia and sales Amber. They are both absolutely wonderful ” their energy, passion, and dedication to the community truly shine through. It’s clear that this is a well-cared-for and thriving senior living community. I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere and it looks like they have a lot of fun! They are pretty full/in high demand.

The staff here is compassionate, accommodating, and eager to make everyone feel seen and welcome. The residents are friendly and enjoy one another as well as the fun activities which take into account the health and wellbeing of all involved. My father moved to the Sanctuary Grande about a month ago. He has been so happy with his new home. The residents and staff have been kind and welcoming. The facility is very clean and feels like home. The food is very good. My father feels like he lives at a fine resort with great meals and many fun activities. Amber C was very helpful in making his move as easy as possible. She was his first contact with the facility and really helped to accommodate all his needs. I would definitely recommend the Sanctuary Grande Senior Living.

My mother started in an assisted living apartment at the Sanctuary Grande. Everything was first rate from food to housekeeping to STNA’s to the nursing staff. When her dementia started to interfere with her ability to take care of herself it was recommended she move to the Memory Care unit. My mother has been there 18 months. Her care is five stars. The entire staff truly cares for and love the residents as their own. Any concerns are quickly answered and met. No one is 100% perfect, there will always be issues, but at the Sanctuary you will find the staff, nurses and front office always working to make sure things are right and that your loved one is well cared for, safe, and loved. I have peace of mind knowing that my mother is happy, safe and well cared for each and every day.

A year ago I brought my Aunt into the Santuary Grande memory care unit. It was a new facility and didn't know much about it Over a period of a year I have come to the conclusion this is the "Best Nurseing Home facility you could ever be a part of. I drop in at all different times of the day to check on my Aunts care, I visit almost every day. My Aunt has the "Best" care I could ask for. The Staff is careing and always go the X-tra mile to help with everything. When my Aunt first went in the Sanctuary she was not eating. Now because of the delicious Cheff cooked meals she has gained weight and I had to buy her a whole new wardrobe because she gained weight. The entertainment is wonderful, she likes the bus rides for ice cream and the in house beauty shop is convenient. It's hard to believe you would enjoy going to a Nurseing Home but here it is a pleasure.

What a refreshing change to traditional facilities! Everything has been well thought out - the apartments, the locations of RN's, private garages, outdoor dining, spa, the theater, private party room. Even the entry felt clean and welcoming! My parents may not be quite ready to make the move from their home, but when they are... Sanctuary Grande will be the place! Friendly staff - great decor - open gathering and dining areas - So long to small closed off rooms!
