My friend has had his wife here for almost 4 years and has nothing but great things to say about the facility, staff and owners. I’ve visited several times and am always impressed by the cleanliness of the homes, the professionalism of management and the staff along with the home cooked meals and desserts they prepare. If I had to place a loved one in assisted living or memory care, Angels Care would be my first choice.

I love the care that residents get at Angels Care Family Home. With the smaller ratios, the residents get more time with each caregiver. The caregivers at Angels Care prepare each meal with love using their own or family recipes. I would choose Angels Care Family Home for my own family members should the need ever arise.

This is great place for a loved one! The patient to caregiver ratio is unmatched. Usually you’ll get double digit patient to caregiver, but not here. It’s 5:1. Your family is kept in a home environment, with food made daily. The fact someone said it is cat food is laughable, because the food is straight from Kroger and Sam’s, made in house, and workers make family recipes in some instances. My family were in several different homes across the city, and I would choose to put them here above all the rest.

I work in healthcare and have several friends with parents who have been here. Angels Care is a Wonderful option for your loved one with memory issues or just needing help with medications or other activities of daily living. The Newtown campus has two 10 bedroom homes and staffing rations of 5-1 or better….you won’t find that in large facilities. The rooms are large, more like a suite with private baths unlike some area facilities. The staff prepare home cooked meals and the activities director Renee helps to keep the residents active. The Newtown manager Tiffany has been with the company for 7 years and the Director Celia has been there 5…they are the best! They don’t use agency or temporary staff like other facilities routinely do. The staff is tenured with many having been there for years. Highly recommend if your looking for care for your loved ones.

My mom lived at Angel’s Care for 1 year at the Loveland, Ohio facility. I would highly recommend Angel’s Care for advanced memory care residents. In each house (3 in Loveland, side by side), there are 2 aides and 6 residents. There are no better ratios in the tri state area. The facility is clean and meals are cooked daily and residents eat family style around a big table in the dining area. I always felt that my mom was safe and was being treated with respect and kindness. One aspect that could use improvement would be to hire a full time chef to plan and prepare meals. Also, families should be aware that during the first year, a 60 day notice is required if the resident needs to move. After the first year, it is reduced to 30 days.

More like devil care, place is scam, go anywhere else. They smoke cigarettes around the residents. The place is dirty, they never clean the rooms. My grandma slept in mattress soaked in pee for over a week. They let a resident fry and get sun poisoning. They are occupied with Personal phone calls and smoke breaks that my grandma wondered out the front door on the a busy road. They made her eat dinner by herself. The food was cold and cheap for what they make you pay to live there. Talking frozen pizza and stuff that look canned cat food with potato chips. They feed them the diet of a 6 year old. They never have the lights on during the day. There’s is no activities unless there is a tour coming they will put on a show. Basically the residents sit in chairs while the staff watches tv for themselves. The hair salon is a joke it’s basically a trash bag draped over the resident . Putting your love one in that home will take away their dignity. Place is joke needs to be shut down. It’s a waiting room for death.

Angels Care is a small community that is very family centered.The staff is always welcoming and truly love what they do, and it shows in their patience and compassion. They make sure the residents are well cared for, groomed and wearing clean clothes, and the rooms and living space are kept immaculate. Our loved ones are entertained with games, parties and crafts and are fed home cooked meals that are served family style. No one wants to leave home when it comes time, but Angels Care is as close to home as you will get.

We love the concept of Angel Care Family Home. It feels like home with large room sizes and common areas that are welcoming to all . The loving and caring staff treats the residents like family. My mom was recently a resident at the Loveland facility before her passing. She had Parkinsons and Dementia and her health was declining. We tried other facilities and looked at many others but nobody could meet her needs like Angels Care. Her health was declining quickly, emotional, and was soon immobile and bed ridden in her last days. In all stages of her care the staff took the utmost care, compassion in providing for my mothers physical and emotional needs. The staff always smiled at her, kneeled down to her level and asked my mom what would make her more comfortable. I couldnt be more grateful for them. Angels Care wasnt just assisted living facility or nursing home, it was a home. Whether you need minimal or round the clock care I would highly recommend them to take care of your loved one.

Our 97 year old mother has been living at Angels Care since August 2015. We are very pleased with the excellent care she receives in this homey atmosphere. The friendly staff treat the residents with kindness, compassion, and respect. Furthermore, the living quarters are always clean, and the food they serve is nutritious and tasty. The owners, Todd and Lisa Sloan, are quick to respond and to resolve any issues. We highly recommend Angels Care Family Home.

Once my Moms dementia got to the point that she could no longer live alone we began a search for a place that she could live. A place that she could live not just survive. The concept of a place with few residents was one we had not thought of. When we found Angels care we knew that God had answered our prayers. Mom lived at Angels Care for 2 years and 7 months. She went to be with Jesus in January. Living in a home with only 8 to 9 residents allowed the opportunity for the care givers to give one on one care in a way that would not be possible in a normal nursing home. Their attention to detail down to the personal care as well as feeding them a home cooked meal every day was phenomenal. If you have a loved one with memory care needs I highly recommend that you give Todd and Lisa Sloan the opportunity to introduce you to Angels Care Family Home. If I had it to do over again I would definitely still send my Mother there.

My dad was at Angels Care in Loveland for a year.. I am thankful to find a place that cared for my dad in a loving, caring way. I would see the owners, Todd and Lisa there working and they were always friendly and helpful.. They have been understanding and fair. I would recommend Angle Care.

My father was at Angels Care in Newtown for a short while. It was a wonderful atmosphere and all around experience. The owners and aids were wonderful with my father. My family and I are very thankful that he spent his last days there.

My mom has been there a little over a week and Angels Care has exceeded my expectations! The care for my mother has been excellent. Communication regarding her care and updates on how she is adjusting and getting along has been great. I do not worry about her care there at all.
