I've been consistently impressed by the staff at Spring Hills since my first visit several months ago. Now that my dad is a resident, his impressions are the same. My mom has lived at Spring Hills almost 8 years. She is 102. The staff has always been so kind, caring, and helpful from day one. . They all greet her by name whenever they see her. The atmosphere is homey and inviting. She loves her one bedroom apartment. The nursing staff and caregivers have been especially supportive through several medical issues. I’m so thankful for them. Mom enjoys the daily activities and I appreciate that they assist her in getting to them. They have also helped us host her birthday celebrations every yeargoing above the call of duty. They have been a blessing to my family!

My mother has lived at Spring Hills for a few years now. We were very lucky to find them when she needed to move out of her home. They take very good care of her. The facility is clean; the staff professional, friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. There's plenty for her to stay active: exercise, crafts, movies and musical entertainment.

Thank you to everyone at Springhill Middletown for making a warm home for my parents. The team at Springhill are exceptional in the level of care they provide. My father had dementia and congestive heart failure. The team at Springhill assisted my mother every step of the way, and helped him rehabilitate and live with the highest quality of life given his conditions. The staff treated them both like family. I cannot thank them enough for their love and compassion.

Hi. I have been coming to springills for years to perform as an entertainer. Clean facility, friendly staff, great residents. I recently performed on july 29. The activities director I had booked with had moved on without my knowing. I was given the choice to stay or go. Residents were already gathering and I was there, so I stayed. I still have not received payment for this performance. Please resolve it wall in getting this

Beautiful facility with friendly, caring staff. If you’re looking for senior care I would highly recommend starting here. Management took the time to answer all my questions (which was a lot!). Very thankful for all the workers that make it feel like home for my loved one.

Staff have always been so helpful and caring. They have taken care of my grandpa like he was their own grandfather. A night shift nurse even brought in cupcakes for my grandpa for his birthday last year during the pandemic when we were unable to visit due to covid restrictions. I would highly recommend Spring Hills to anyone. My grandpa has been in 2 other facility’s and he seems to be absolutely thriving and the happiest here. Thank you all so much.

I had a family member at Spring Hills Middletown for 3 years. He was in assisted care for half of that time, and then had to move to memory care. His care in both areas was absolutely excellent. I am positive that choosing this facility was the correct decision. They assisted him in living his final years with dignity, and I am so thankful for that. Even during his final days, they continued to show him respect and cared for him, and in turn us, as if we were all their family. I will be forever grateful to them.
