I have been visiting Enclave for 9 months with Stella, my therapy dog. I have always been treated well. Everyone is happy to visit with Stella. The facility is spotless. Staff and residents are very friendly. Will continue to visit. Thanks to all who have welcomed both of us.

My mother has been a resident since 2014. She feels comfortable, safe and loved…and now refers to her apartment as home. In an industry with high turnover, they seem to have created magic in the last few years to hire and retain top notch people with a true customer service attitude. I could highlight many names but honestly the entire care, dining, maintenance, activity and office staff deserve praise for helping and honoring residents. I have no reservations in recommending the Enclave of Newell Creek. I would be happy to answer questions - just ask the staff to put us in touch.

My mother has been cared for by the staff at The Enclave of Newell Creek for over a year now. This assisted living home stood out above other places in the area. I'm especially impressed with the staff. The nurses, cafeteria workers and business office workers have been pleasant and willing to accommodate special situations. I feel grateful we found the Enclave of Newell Creek when my mom needed care post-surgery from a broken hip.

The Enclave has been a wonderful facility for our mother. The staff have been very nice, helpful and responsive to all of our questions and our mother's needs. She loves the atmosphere provided outside her apartment as well. She has made several acquaintances and enjoys spending time with others during meals. Thank you.

My Grandmother was a resident at the Enclave. Her room was always clean. The staff was always kind and understanding when it came to caring for her. For someplace that wasn't "home", she was able to be comfortable and cared for. Staff seemed more like family the longer her stay

Was hired to "enrich the lives of those I serve". Loved those sweet folks with all my heart. Made them feel loved, valued and cherished. Reminded each resident how special they are on a daily basis. My priorities: Ensuring all my residents' physical and emotional needs were properly cared for. Priorities of my supervisor for me: Washing and sorting through laundry, rearranging the closets and dresser drawers in all the apartments, and damage control. What had once been a vibrant and thriving community has now become a sinking ship. Upper management have lost their vision and the community is quickly unraveling. The pandemic and staffing crisis have transformed the Enclave into something now unrecognizable. While the Directors have held it together to the best of their ability, it is the front line workers who are the true heroes. The unrealistic expectations of the new Executive Director are impossible for staff to achieve and will be the continuing demise of this community. Very disheartened by the ease of discarding dedicated staff like trash after they have given years of their heart and soul for the benefit of the residents. The 2 stars are for the caregivers, primarily the Memory Care caregivers, who continue trying to meet the expectations of a new Executive Director who will never be satisfied, always want more, and use them until they are depleted from exhaustion, only to be discarded like the others before them.

Former Employee Im going to be blunt this place wasnt the best but isnt the worse to work at either. The residents made it worth it and I loved seeing them smile every time I came to work . The nurses for the most part were amazing they had your back and were there for support they truly showed they cared and loved each resident like they are family .The housekeepers did amazing with keep the rooms and place cleaned and were always there when you needed them. The dietary team really helped the residents when they needed help and were there to assist them during meal times they also helped when you had questions regarding the menu . The biggest issue is management and how issues are addressed. I had a few issues there I wont go into detail and they ended up being the reason I left . The management while they did listen never fully fixed the problems and I dont just mean the ones I had they never fixed anyones issues . They heard you out but nothing ever changed the same problems continued .The biggest issue is the amount of work they want you to do since they cut certain departments hours. Overall I would rate this place 3.5 the residents make it worth it but the management make people wanna leave .

We had to make the heart wrenching decision to place our mother in an assisted living facility earlier this year. No family ever wants to have to make that decision, but such is life. We had no idea where to turn, how to judge a facility if its good enough or not, costs, anything. When we looked at several places, one stood out beyond any other: the Enclave of Newell Creek. The staff, nurses, and general facilities are top notch. The one on one care we have seen given to our mother, especially by her nurse Kathy, is truly heaven sent. This difficult decision was truly the right one to make. Our family feels like now staff at Newell Creek is family. They care for our mother and treat her like one of her own. I cannot recommend this amazing establishment enough.

Have been with Enclave over a year. To say I would live there is unheard of, yet true. This review is honest and real. Residents are truly loved and cared for as family. We understand we are there to serve and constantly monitor the clinical and psychosocial aspects of senior living making sure their individual needs are being cared for. All areas of wellness are addressed through multifaceted programs and clinically, the nursing staff is fully aware of resident needs intervening with love. The Director of Nursing is a firecracker and hummingbird rolled into one! She is completely dedicated and deeply loves all the residents, constantly communicating with staff, management and medical specialists to ensure the high levels of care which families expect are carried through. She is trustworthy and makes all decisions in care based on a holistic perspective of wellness. Yesterday one resident just turned 101! The loving care and expertise of nursing staff have absolutely contributed to her longevity! The Executive Director has an acute awareness of all that happens within the community. She receives continuous feedback and ensures action is taken to immediately address any resident or family concerns that may arise. She follows up with staff and families to keep with the high standards of care which are expected and have been promised to them. She continues to keep our vulnerable community safe during this pandemic through constant use of PPEs by all staff, being prepared for all situations that may arise, and staying current with Covid updates and restrictions given by the Governor. The nurse aide care staff are carefully selected and only the best are brought into the Enclave community. They are patient, understanding, compassionate, fun- only the best are chosen. The directors of Business, Marketing, Maintenance, Dietary and Lifestyles are knowledgeable experts in their fields. Working closely together and in constant communication, Enclave of Newell Creek is comparable to an orchestra- each instrument may seem small or insignificant. However, together they harmonize into a masterpiece. I highly encourage those seeking a wonderful alternative in senior living to watch The Enclave facebook videos and meet the staff. Only then will you see and understand the love and beauty that can not be expressed in words.

Great place. Looked at many options for my mom and Atria is by far the best. The staff truly loves what they do. You feel it when you walk in the door. So many independent residents. I saw a happy hour on Friday and the place was packed!

The residents are always out in the community involved in a program, or socializing with family and friends. The staff members always have a smile on their face, and always make the residents their number one priority. The community is clean, bright, and always full of life. Atria holds very high standards and expectations, which is why we have changed the "norm" of senior living. We exceed expectations, and make sure the customer is always right.
