My Aunt and Uncle(both now deceased) lived at Brookdale for about a year and a half. Very nice apartments, very clean, good food, many activities. Please do not allow your loved ones to have valuable jewelry or money! My Aunt had my late grandmothers jewelry, all missing, as well as cash.

Heather Dillon was the associate that welcomed me into Camelot. She helped me navigate the paperwork and the process of moving both of my parents into Camelot Brookdale. Heather went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. My mother had to live at Camelot for a few weeks without her husband while he was doing rehabilitation work. I visited my mother daily. My mother often sat in the lovely fireplace room. Heather always stopped to speak to my mother and ask her how she was. Heather also asked how my father was. Anyone can rent you an apartment….Heather will rent you an apartment and treat you as family. I am grateful for her kindness, her heart, and her work ethic.

Heather Dillon made the moving in process and making this decision simple. Was a long day and she actually ordered my family member dinner from a local restaurant, and had it delivered since she hadn't eaten all day. She really cares about the residents and their needs. She was very dependable during a very stressful time and making this big decision for my family member. Her and Christina were knowledgeable as well with questions and feelings my family member was experiencing. Heather is still our go to person these past six months. This location is not only for assisted living but independent living as well.

I have been recently looking for a place for my grandma to move into this coming fall. I have been working with Heather, in the admissions office and she has been nothing but helpful!! She has returned all my phone calls timely and very knowledgeable. I have not yet been/seen the building yet, but, if I am receiving this much care for my grandma already from Heather, I can only imagine how much everyone else is! You can really tell that she is compassionate about her job. I would highly recommend her!

My parents and their dog are currently residing at Brookdale Camelot Medina and are very happy with their new environment. I started researching retirement communities in Medina in October 2022 after speaking to my parents about downsizing; they moved into Brookdale Camelot March 2023. I contacted Brookdale and worked with Heather Parsons-Dillon in October 2022 to get details on the facility, availability, pricing, and activities. Heather was extremely helpful, answering numerous calls over the months until my parents moved in. She also kept me up to date on incentives for move-ins and pricing, and worked tirelessly to get the price as low as possible based on incentives and needs and wants of my parents. Since My father is a Veteran, she also connected us with a consultant for VA to give them guidance on retirement financial planning and Veteran benefits they are entitled to in order to further reduce the rate. The facility itself is looks like a fancy hotel in the lobby, but has a comfortable home-like charm, since it provides a meeting place for group activities and music, games, exercise, and movies, a salon, coffee shop, and restaurant. The variety for food menus for the 3 meals daily are very healthy and perfect portion sizes, and residents can even have meal brought to room if they choose, and there are cupboards and refrigerators and microwave in room if they want to buy their own food on their own schedule. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, nice views, good floorplans, quiet, with individual balconies. The open middle of the building with seating areas in the center of each floor provide space for more private gatherings of small groups. The staff is outstanding, all friendly courteous, and wear many different professional hats to make sure the residents' needs are taken care of. In summary, Brookdale Camelot was the best value with the most to offer to give my parents to enjoy relaxing in a safe space sharing stories and other social activities.

I needed to find a facility to move my parents to rather quickly back in November 2022. I reached out to the sales staff at Brookdale and was given information and a tour. Thankfully, Heather Dillon was a lifesaver for me. She was available for questions and advice, no matter when. She always went above and beyond to get me information - delivering documents to my home, transporting wheelchairs and assistance with insurance approval of rehab. She's very knowledgeable in so many areas. I am thankful that I found Brookdale for my parents. They have been treated with compassion by the staff at Brookdale and I appreciate that it is very close to me and a beautiful facility.

My Husband and I had to find an assisted living facility for his parents in a very short amount of time due to their health declining and we searched and interviewed several places. Brookdale Camelot in Medina was always a favorite of ours because of the location, price, staff and appearance. My mother in law was being discharged from a rehab facility and Brookdale made miracles happen to accommodate my in laws in less than 3 weeks. It's now been almost a year and they are very happy and very well taken care of! If my husband or I had any questions or concerns, we called Heather and any issues or questions were resolved within minutes.

My grandmother has been at Brookdale for almost a year. It has been difficult through covid and not being able to get into the facility to see the rooms and meet the staff. However, when I called everyone was helpful. When the facility opened up to visitation in the rooms I was pleased to find the room perfectly clean and organized. All the gifts and items we had dropped off were neatly arranged in the closets. My grandma always complains about the food but here she seemed to enjoy the meals more than at any other place. The nursing staff was always helpful and my grandmother really likes the aids she works with. Thank you for taking great care of her.

Brookdale Camelot is a lovely, modern facility, that is full of services, amenities, activities and smiling, friendly faces. Mike Nelson is the perfect spokesperson, and has been in the Senior Care industry longer than one might assume. Families will be surprised and impressed with his wealth of knowledge, understanding and genuinely caring demeanor, when discussing the next Care step for their loved ones. Our family did the virtual tour and loved every square inch of what we saw while brightly interacting with residents and staff. Camelot is thoughtfully put together with safety, comfort and a highly rated Chef in their kitchen, to address dietary needs while serving up meals that I would pay top dollar for. Residents rooms are nicely sized and clean, with touches one doesnt expect, for such a reasonable price point. The outdoor living spaces are delightful, as well as the sunshine-lit seating area in the center of the facility. Thank you, Camelot, for filling our Senior Care journey with unexpected hope and smiles.

I really want to give Mike great credibility for his ability to get into considerations that I never considered, his compassion for those that he talks to, and his willingness to be a person who helps in a very important decision. I had a really great tour of the facility. It was clean and friendly. Met with Nancy and Nancy, how funny to have them both there! I Really enjoyed seeing the residents having fun in painting class. The staff were all very attentive and the apartments are so much bigger than I thought from the floor plan, I am planning on bringing the rest of the family to see this facility, as I feel it is the best option for Mom.

My mom has been living at Brookdale for approximately 3 months. She enjoys choosing a daily activity. She likes the variety and taste of the food and calls many of the staff, friend. Moving in with all that involves was efficient and staff made us feel very welcome. Mom had a medical emergency and that was managed very professionally and made her feel she was in competent hands. As a family member, I felt the management staff went well above expectations to get the paperwork completed to get her stay off on great footing. We think Mom is in a great environment with welcoming and helpful staff.

Lynn and Matt are always ready to answer questions or concerns, nurses and aids are friendly and eager to help. Kitchen staff are great, good selection on menu. Truly good people and they care.

Our Mother lives at Brookdale North. it is a very nice facility. there are always activities planned for the residents, the staff is very nice and always helpful. our Mom has adjusted nicely to living here. the rooms are very spacious and everything has recently been updated in the facility. the outdoor patio out back is nice for picnicking. the basement has a nice room with a pool table and large TV. we have had private family parties in this space. its nice, private and roomy. we are very pleased with Brookdale and would highly recommend it!
