You all work so wonderfully as a team, and I see the way you assist the other residents as well. It's a very demanding job and you all handle it like these residents are your family. I heard that this was one of the better wings but mom and I sometimes venture into the one nearby and all the workers are incredible. Thank you all for doing your best every day to give families peace of mind.

On July 2 2026 My brother And I decided that Artis Senior Living would be our choice for mom to become a resident in. After many months searching for what would be the best fit for our mother, God answered our prayers. Being a RN for 40yrs, i knew what i was looking for and was dissatisfied with many other facilities, until we stepped foot at Artis. From the very 1st day, the nurses & caregivers were on their toes and listened to what mom needed and were immediately proactive in her care. When a concern arose , I spoke to the caregivers personally to iron out the wrinkles and also kept Tyler and Sara in the loop. Mom looks happy ( for the most part) and engages in activities that she would not have done in our home. This is a win win so far. Only a month has passed so i pray she becomes settled and acclimated to her new home soon. One day at a time. Thank you!

Anna is great at activities especially at such a young age to be interacting so gracefully with ppl that live there. I like how silly the staff acts with musical instruments. My mom moved in on December 15, 2025. It was our 3rd placement and boy do I wish it had been my first! From the very first encounter, it felt like home. I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone employee was to me! Melissa helped us with signing up, Erica took over all my insurance filing, where before I had to navigate it myself (™), Tyler was so helpful at every concern, Rhonda at the front desk is just a sweetheart and always helpful, as were the weekend desk attendees! All the employees in my mom’s neighborhood were very attentive to my mom and it did my heart good! I just cannot say enough good! My mom passed away 2 days ago, and, again, everyone was so kind and attentive! I will miss these friends a lot! This is the only place I would ever consider again!

I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care community! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care the staff has for residents. What truly stands out is the incredible level of engagement. Raman and her team goes above and beyond to create meaningful activities that keep residents active, stimulated, and connected. It’s not just about keeping busy”it’s about creating joy and purpose every single day. And the food”absolutely terrific! DeSean and the entire team makes it clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into preparing meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious and appealing. It’s so reassuring to know that residents are truly enjoying what they eat. Overall, this community delivers a wonderful blend of compassion, engagement, and quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional memory care for their loved one.

I want to thank the Artis team for providing peace of mind for me. I have been struggling with my dad for over 4 years as his care provider. The entire Artis team has made a huge difference in my dad's socialization, (he has done more in the last 4 months then he did in the last 4 years). Most important he is as content as I have seen him with his dementia. I want to thank Mellissa as she showed true empathy as I started my journey, Brian for setting accurate expectations, Ramin and Tyler for building his confidence in socializing and answered many questions, Sarah and her team for providing me with direct and honest answers. As important, to their culinary leader DeSean, my dad continues to brag about the excellent food. Thanks to all the entire team, just don't know all the names yet.

It's clear that they don't just care for the residents- they care about them. My aunt is safe, respected, and most importantly, loved. But the true gift of this place isn't just what it has done for my Aunt - its what it has done for our whole family. I've watched peace return to my cousins' faces. After months of worry and emotional exhaustion trying to find the right place and provide the right care, they can finally exhale. My Dad is now a family member at the Artist Memory Care. Yes!! I Say family, because that's how they treat each resident. My Dad see this place as his home. The Upper staff and employees work together to ensure the residents are happy. I cannot Say enough about the aids and the nurses that take care of my dad, they are outstanding. Housekeeping is always seen and working. The chefs always want to make sure the food being served is delicious and like for the family to give input concerning the food they serve. The portions sometimes are small, just stress larger portions the chefs will do with no problem. The residents are free to go outside in a secure surrounding. Most of the places, I visited the residents were confined in a lockdown unit not able to go outside. The residents are truly happy and always able to do different activities. The residents have great parties and live entertainment

I am have been a volunteer at Artis of Mason for almost two and one half years! My husband was a resident there for almost 7 months until his death. There was a void in my life after his death so i decided to see if Artis needed volunteers. They could use a volunteer in the activities area. Jim spent a lot of time there. Now i volunteer in that area 2 days per week! Stephanie runs a good ship along with Tanner and Hannah. She has the residents doing crafts , playing bingo, playing the exercise balls to music, coloring, trivia and other games. Uses the TV for music and games. We also do manicures for the residents. They choose the colors they want us to paint their nails! We also bake some of our birthday cakes and special treats for special occasions like holidays. I am so happy to come twice a week to help! They are like family to me and don't know what I would do without them! I wouldn't volunteer anywhere else. Becky S.

I have had the opportunity to work with Stephanie Tuke, Life Enrichment Director, and her staff and volunteers in both a professional and personal capacity for almost ten years. That kind of longevity in this position speaks volumes to her character. I am truly impressed with the gentle and calm manner in which she and others on her team interact with residents. It is really touching to observe that every element of resident care seems to be addressed and the environment is peaceful and welcoming. Smiles on residents faces and toe tapping along to music is a joyful experience. I also see family members who are supported and seem very much at ease. Five stars is really not enough. I'd give them more if I could. Keep up the great work.

This is an exceptional facility, immaculately clean with attention to detail and a culture of love. As musicians, we have had opportunities to visit many different facilities in Greater Cincinnati. This is by far one of the best we’ve seen. What makes it special is the combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, combined with very kind and caring staff. There is a wide hallway with plenty of places to walk and a large secure outdoor area, which includes a shaded patio. I have taken a walk in the outdoor garden, about 1/4 mile long, with many beautiful flowers. There are two adjoining activity rooms, one that is open with chairs set up for events, and the other with tables for art projects, birthday parties, or daily snacks. The residents are well-kept and happy. Stephanie and her staff provide interesting and stimulating activities throughout the day. Not only do they provide activities with music, trivia, games, snacks and drinks, but the staff show caring toward each resident, patiently and gently re-directing the resident to participate. The residents are treated with dignity, respect, and warmth.

I visited this community and had a wonderful experience. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and I'm glad I did because I got to witness how the community staff treats people with respect and kindness - including other staff, families, and even the landscape service vendor. I like how much space there is to walk around but that it's still really secure. The team here is really committed and kind. I'd recommend checking this place out.

After many years of stress, arguments, worry, fear for dad etc. my siblings and I finally came the realization that our father was unable to live in his house that our mother and he had built sixty five years ago. With what we already knew, we took him to a specialist who told us that he was no longer able to make reasonable decisions and we had to make decisions for him. He diagnosed him with two types of dementia. Artis was on our list of places to visit. As soon as my sister and I went through Artis we knew it was the place for dad... The only reason I did not give Artis five stars is because every resident there as some form of dementia which can be extremely difficult to deal with but they do the best they can...This is the first time in many years that I have been able to enjoy my father. This time is so precious to me because he is ninety years old. He is now calm, safe and taken care of.

It’s impossible to single out any caregiver or staff member at Artis for their extraordinary care and compassion for my wife of 54 years. All have been some of the warmest and kindest people on the planet. I truly cherish each and every one. From the ever present multi-hat Erica and Ronda, to Sarah who keeps my wife (and I) on track with health concerns and the Reading gal who provides the link to home and family. All of that would miss the incredible activity staff and 2 of the most incredible people I have ever had the pleasure to know. Anyone who has ever had to endure a memory care environment knows how difficult it is to keep residents engaged and this team at Artis is superb by any definition. Don’t know how they do it while keeping a smile on their face and compassion in their hearts day after day. And maybe the most vital staff members of all are the hands on (quite literally) caregivers like Vidi and her housekeeping team and the nurses like Tammy and Ebony who keep my wife happy and content and safe. Bryan, recently joined Artis and inherited a spectacular team and he’s already made a significant leap forward and I am personally honored to know him. Another hands on guy who’s managed to engage each and every team member and each and every resident along with all of their families. Truly can’t imagine how he’s doing it but I’m super happy he’s come to Artis. As I said originally, it’s impossible to single out any one team member at Artis and I’ve missed a dozen people who make like worth living for my wife. All I can do is let them all know that I thank each and every one from the bottom of my heart.

This place is incredible! My mom went in with severe paranoia, barely getting out of bed because of her fears. After 3 months in Artis she was out of bed by 8, eating all three meals in the dining room, attending all the activities, and interacting with people. I completely attribute this turnaround to the excellent staff at Artis, the engaging programming, and the whole overall set up of the facility. The smaller neighborhoods help my mom feel safe and the attention from the staff helped her to step out of her comfort zone. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My mother is in the Artis Senior Living in Mason Ohio. Her guardian has been trying to keep her children and her sister away from her. He has now established visiting hours in a two hour timeslot twice a day. That is the only time that we are allowed to go in to see her. I cannot believe that Artis would go along with something like this when all she wants is her family with her.

The staff at artis are wonderful. However the guardian of my mother is keeping her children and sister away from her except for the guardians established visiting hours. We cannot stop in and check on her any other time. Artis also goes along with this. I think it terrible that they would have a bedridden patient that is not allowed to have her family see her when they are in the area.

Admitting your loved ones needs 24hr care is so hard. I tried caring for my mom during the covid pandemic and found it heartbreaking and depressing. Artis is the best home for my mom who struggles with Alzheimer’s/dementia. Knowing my mom is safe and cared for is a huge relief for me and my family. The staff love her and really seem to know her after only a couple months. They have a lot of opportunities for socializing. Communication is always timely and professional. I would recommend Artis for anyone who has a loved one living with Alzheimer’s/dementia.

I can't say enough about Artis. My mom had to move from her home where she was living alone, and we first had moved her to another local facility. That place ended up being awful, and we were desperate to find a place where we knew she would be surrounded by people who cared, as well as being cared FOR. A friend, who also has a parent at Artis, told me about it, and how much they liked it. I went and met with Jerry and went on a tour. We proceeded from there to get my mom moved as quickly as possible from the first place. Best best thing we ever did. I am so insanely grateful that she is now with people who are warm and caring. The communication I get is fantastic, and I always feel like I know how my mom is doing. And, she has started to take part in activities. If you know my mom, you know that this is practically a miracle. The ONLY way she would ever do this, is if she felt welcome, and like she was around nice people. They also have events that family members can take part in. I can't say enough, I really can't. It is really the perfect fit for my mom. Oh - have to add, that they have a beautiful and SAFE outdoor area that the residents can spend time in. We love this part!
