This team was absolutely amazing! Caring not only for my dad but for my whole family as we said our goodbyes. Molly and Missy you have a remarkable group of people working there! We certainly adding a little craziness with the number of people we had in and out but we were greatly warmly. Clean, caring and comfortable.

Although they are on the pricey side when it comes to facilities in the area, there are some good hearted people who work there . They always treat my great uncle very well when he goes to visit his companion at the Madison House. Seems to always look clean, and you can tell that the staff actually care about their people.

My dad has been there for over a year now and the people are so nice and the place is clean. You couldnt ask for a better place for your loved one. Theres individual rooms for each person with their own bathroom and you bring your own furniture so its familiar to them. Its hard on the family but trust me, theyre safe. They have a nurse practitioner and a doctor that you can choose for your love one instead of having to transport them to their doctor appointment. The nurses and aids on site are knowledgeable. My family is happy with our decision.

There are not enough stars to hand out to express how well our family was treated during our time with our Dad. They make you feel like you are family from the first minute you walk in the door and anything they have available is yours too. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and caring. We truly appreciate our time at the Madison House!

From the moment that I walked through the doors at The Madison Senior Living Community up to today, has honestly been the BEST experience for me and my parents! I had been shopping for an independent living situation for my parents for about a year and as soon as I stepped foot into The Madison, I knew this was home for them. Having to move my parents from a different state where they have lived their entire 56 years of marriage, Molly Gruber has been exceptional in meeting all of our needs throughout this process. They were even allowed to spend the weekend in the model cottage to get a feel for the place before we committed to them! If anyone is on the fence about moving to The Madison, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

My father is new here and everyone has been very kind and welcoming. He wasn't hungry at dinner time and staff members gladly offered to fix him a dinner later when he was hungry.

My Dad has been there for over a year. Great place, the nurses, and aides all take good care of him so I dont need to worry! The atmosphere is very homey. Dad and I both feel comfortable there. They are always having special events and daily activities for the residents. The Nurses are on it in noticing anything that needs attention, and communicate with the doctor and pharmacy. They have Independant living apartments, which allowed us to save up money for when Dad needed to go to assisted living. Its all under one roof, no need to worry about him when the weather gets bad. The food is great! I recommend The Madison very highly!

This is an excellent place for you or your family member. They are adequately staffed and they must get paid well because they are always happy and the turnover is low. Great place!
