This establishment is great. I was worried that this facility would be one where the residents would be neglected or treated poorly. My grandparents can't say how much they like it and how friendly everyone is there. It means alot to me that my grandparents are able to have a safe, helpful environment where they can recieve quality care. I can't remember staff names, but they've pointed out every one of them and said they're great. It means alot to me to know they're in good hands and like where they live. They would tell me if they didn't. Thanks to all the staff.

Blue Bird is a very nice and clean facility. Most everyone is very nice and helpful. My husband has been there for 2 weeks and his care has been exceptional. I highly recommend anyone who needs assistance to go to Blue Bird. I especially like the cleanliness and no odor. His care and comfort was beyond my expectations and am so grateful I had the option for him to stay there during his recovery.

My In-laws currently live at the London Bluebird and they love it! They have a nice room to call their own, they love the food, the activities, and most of all that they are treated kindly and respectfully by all the associates! Fred the Administrator, his wife, and all, are great people who truly want them to have the best experience at this time of their lives! Cost for Assisted living is high across the board but Bluebird is much lower than local competitors and the care you get is second to none!

Several years ago I had a knee replacement and needed somewhere to be since my husband was away on business travel. The staff was excellent, caring, helpful, attentive and I felt they really cared about my comfort. Nursing staff was very helpful and attentive. Food was great, activities fun and helped keep me feeling at home instead of in a "facility". Thank you ever for the wonderful care!

I relocated my mother from Dublin Retirement Village to BlueBird London and could not be happier. The staff to patient ratio is higer. No staff turn over so far. No Agnecies. My mother is actually leaving her room and participating as a result of the consistency and care. I highly reccomend private over corporate. BlueBird is a hidden gem.

Just wanted to brag a little bit about Bluebird, we had to drop my mom off there almost a month ago and I was not disappointed, the director took it personally to take care of all the need my mother had and the staff was amazing, I love the fact that they keep them busy and there's plenty of activities for them to do during the day, this place was truly a Godsend.

There was a singing group there Gary and Linda Sclafani from Dublin Ohio for the people living there and they were great.
