Its good if you come from a shelter because its better then nothing i guess. The efficiency apartments will drive you Nuts i got sick in that dam efficiency its so much like A Prison i got so much anxiety and closafobic. It is not WORTH it to me. They promise you with in a year you will get a bedroom apartment trust me it a big fat LIE. They just want to rent out those prisons because they HAVE to fill them up. Be a wear. [name removed] the manger is also very confrontional she treats you like your DUMB and try to talk down to you she is not better then NOONE so go back to school and take a class where you learn to treat people!!! You should be lucky you even got that job with your skills...Learn your position!!!!!!!

Alot of unsafe and bad thing's going on that office is aware of but have a blind eye to the issues. I took an efficiency apartment and became ill I had no idea i would feel this way I gave them a doctor's note due to my anxiety levels and closafobic.. and of cause they ignored my special accommodation.. [name removed] stated your not the only one and your on a waitlist.. but rushed me to get a doctor's note.. I was told that in the years of me living here I would get the 1 bedroom and THAT is such a lie they tell that to everyone that rents if I knew this from the beginning I would have never taken this apartment cause they help who they want!!! Beware people before Renting..it's inexpensive but so not worth it....Your health comes before anything else and they dont give a crap. Shame on the office personnel and the owner that wants all his apartments filled up... all he wants is money... To me [name removed] is not a nice person and down grades you who the he'll does she think she is she's only a slave to them and what goes around comes back to HUNT you maybe not today but eventually it WILL. We are not lowlifes we are Human beans with special needs.....Shameful....

LAKESHORE TOWERS IS FULL OF HISTORY GANGSTERS AND MOVIE STARS LIVED AND PLAYED HERE THERE ARE HIDDEN TUNNELS UNDER THE BUILDING (BUT THEY HAVE THEM BLOCKED OFF BUMMER) IF YOU BELIEVE IN GHOST THERE'S A LOT OF THEM HERE I HAVE A SECURITY CAMERA IN MY APARTMENT AND I HAVE CAUGHT QUITE ALOT ON MY CAMERA ONE OF THEM STOOD IN FRONT OF MY CAMERA IT LOOKS LIKE AN ALIEN (FREAKY SCARY) STOP BY AND ASK FOR ME GARY NARRAMORE AND I'LL SHOW SOME PICS OF THEM TO YOU.

To be a low income rent based apartment it is very nice and community based. Staff is friendly and they provide 24 hour on-site maintenance. There is also assigned parking in the garage for the residents.

It's been over a month since I moved into Lakeshore Tower and my experience here has been wonderful. It's peaceful and quiet. There is a lounge area that goes out into the courtyard and lawn where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake. Manager and the staff are busy at work maintaining the building yet take the time to listen to the resident's needs. I love the limited access key entrance. I am in an efficency so everything is in one place which is fine considering I'm the only person there. The room have a large storage closet and a roomy bathroom. Most of the resident's are very friendly but I generally keep to myself. There is bus access outside the building. Overall, I am enjoying living here.

The kitchen is a joke. Base cabinets are non-existent except under the sink. There is no room to store pots and pans other than reaching up above -- and you call THIS apartments for people over 62? Hmmm.
