( * Update - after our first month I can honestly say WE LOVE IT HERE! It's peaceful, comfortable, pleasant and convenient to everything. Management is friendly and accommodating, a very nice change from our experience at Homestead Village. Our first community event was October Fest with all you can eat Schmidt's sausages and cream puffs and live music. Beautiful and big Scioto Grove Metro Park is just across the street and I have begun bicycling again. Life is good at Sugar Maple Commons! * ) A beautiful community and friendly people! Lori (community director) spent a lot of time giving my wife and I tours of three spacious and comfortable apartments and showed us all the amenities including the community center. She patiently answered all of our questions and offered excellent advice and even introduced us to several residents. We are very impressed by all that we saw and put a hold on our favorite unit and submitted an application. She waived the application fee, the administration fee, and offered 1 month free rent for signing a two year lease. We are eagerly awaiting our move-in date!

Sugar Maple Commons is an extraordinarily well-made and comfortable home for 55+ active adults. The apartment homes are spacious (even the one bedrooms) and designed for older folk to move around in easily. The office staff - Lori, Amy and Skyler - are fantastic and great to work with. There are more than enough activities scheduled to give everyone enjoyable afternoons and evenings. Oh, and did I mention the fresh, oven-baked cookies Every Day?!

Great apartment design and common space options, pleasant and professional management, responsive staff. Since opening, Sugar Maple has become a unique and friendly community with many alternatives for social interaction (games, book club, garden club, dining out, exercise, and more). Each resident can be involved as much or as little as they wish. I've lived in other apartment complexes (one other in Grove City) and this is the best by far.

My mom is so happy here!!! She moved to this community after being in her home for over 45 years. The staff, especially the administrative director, Lori, is amazing! They'll offer service for your love ones!
