My mom has been at Brookdale of Greenville for approximately 4 years . We find the staff to be very caring not only to the resident but their families also. My moms favorite activity is the Wednesday country drives.

Moms room is more like a small apartment. She has plenty of room to move around. She loves the activities, especially the therapy dogs that come to visit. They do a wonderful job at taking care of mom and making sure she is safe. It is a friendly, home-felt place. She enjoys meal time - it is a great time for her to socialize.

Mom has a nice apartment. She enjoys the staff. She plays the piano on occasion. She is dressed nicely. They allowed me to put a bird feeder in front of her window; she really likes to watch the birds. She participates in some of their many activities. There is a nice front porch to sit out on and an enclosed courtyard. She enjoys it when pets visit.

We have been very pleased with the care Brookdale has given mom. She is very happy to call Brookdale home. The staff is very caring and involved both with mom and us. They do such a good job of keeping the residents engaged with community living through exercise programs, crafts, etc. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a place for their family member to live.

The staff was helpful and very nice to my brother in law. It's just that the community was a big stress with some of the things happening. My brother in law liked it here though. I would recommend it to friends.

The level of care at Brookdale has fit my mom well, she was not appropriate for a nursing home. I did not want her in a setting affiliated with a nursing home. She has memory issues that prevented her living alone safely. They keep the residents busy. There are a lot of daily activities that have assisted my mom in learning new skills and enhancing her memory. The interaction among the staff and the residents is excellent. The location is ideal for us. There are several places to eat close by. The activity staff take the residents out frequently. My mom says she does not like the food but she is gaining weight! My mom was extremely upset with having to make this move. The staff from sales and admitting to daily care staff assisted greatly in the transition and made it a success! I highly recommend Brookdale Greenville!
