The Meadows was highly recommended, however, I would be very hesitant put a loved one there again. There were a few really good nurses, but for the most part, care was definitely subpar. I had to give my husband showers, run someone down to get his food orders, and no one seemed to care about his incision that started to come open. He was there 8 days.

The whole experience has been effortless! The Staff at the Meadows is Phenomenal!! I have had to deal with other facilities and hands down The Meadows will always be the easiest, most helpful, the friendliest oh and they get the process done quickly!! Stacey has been so Amazing at answering questions, communicating what is going on, what needs to be done, and always happy to help. Ana is an absolute Wiz with getting Medicaid completed. What was taking what seemed like forever at a different location, was completed within hours of meeting with Stacey and Ana. Both Parents are now residents and getting settled in. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, I cannot recommend The Meadows enough!!!

I feel that our situation is unique with our needs for skilled nursing for my dad as he just had a left hip replacement and 2 days later broke his right ankle. Stacy came to our home for the convenience and was very honest about the hurdles we were going to face with Medicare. She has been very transparent with my family and that integrity and honesty goes a long way with trust. I am confident in the care that he will be receiving when he arrives on Thursday. I will post a follow up review after his stay.

I recently had to put both of my parents in this facility. My father was admitted into the hospital and needed rehab afterwards, my mother fell while he was in and broke her leg. I contacted The Meadows and toured the facility same day. I felt at ease during this tour knowing my parents will have a room and still be together as they have been married almost 50 yrs. Stacy Thompson informed me about all the services the facility offers. Stacy even called several times to keep me informed about the process with insurance and the hospital. Every time I have been to the facility it is clean and their room is as well. I want to thank Stacy and Ana Carver for the easy process of navigating through the insurance eligibility. The Meadows of Delphos is a warm and welcoming community. I was greeted with a smile by Stacy and welcomed by Ericka and the team. The resident rooms are spacious and clean, with a homelike appeal. The people that call Theeadows home were enjoying activities while I was there. I would highly recommend The Meadows for loved ones.

It’s move-in day at the Meadows for my father-in-law and we couldn’t be happier here with everyone helping us through this process. Stacy has been extremely helpful from the start, answering our many questions and calling to check-in several times over the weeks leading up to this day. Nurse Kevin has been very helpful as well and couldn’t be nicer. It has made my father-in-law comfortable transitioning his primary medical care to the Meadows. We have talked to so many friends who already have family members living here and everyone says how much their family member likes the Meadows and wishes they had come here sooner. Thank you Stacy, Kevin, and the staff for making us feel so welcome!

My Mother was a resident there for almost two years after my Father passed. Cristin and Melissa were a great help to me with navigating her new life. My Mother adored a few special nurses, aides and staff. Tonya, Angie, Sadie, Jackie and Billy, you are all amazing! To all of those who I have met but forgotten your names, thank you for making her stay better. If only I could move you all closer! You will all be missed.

My mother recently passed away and she had exceptional care the 3 years she was a resident in assisted living! They were so very attentive to all her needs and treated her like family we will miss our chats with all the wonderful employees and residents and their families as well. My mom had a second family there her last 3 years of life °

Employees work hard to ensure our loved one is taken care of. They make sure he is involved in all activities he wants to do. All of the people I’ve met or have been involved with are kind and caring. The only issue I see is the need for more people. In this business, I believe, hiring and retaining good employees is always an issue.

My mother was there for rehab/skilled nursing for 21days. From intake to discharge, the entire experience was outstanding. She loved being there, which made a huge difference. The staff treated her with the utmost kindness, dignity, and respect. I highly recommend this facility.

My mother has been at the Meadows of Delphos a few years now. I looked into several facilities before deciding on this one. I’m so glad I did. They have a friendly staff and if I have an issue, they take care of it as soon as possible. I’m very happy with my decision and outside of normal problems such as being short staffed. They do a wonderful job.

BEWARE… this facility HAS CHANGED. The new management has released much of the critical staff. Social workers, therapists, and nursing staff. Do your research regarding this facility as so much has changed. The bottom line has overtaken the overall welfare of the residents. Very disturbing considering all of the people that are impacted with the changes. This was a charming place for our loved ones in the past, we are so sad.
