Working here has been such a rewarding experience. The residents truly become like family, and it is meaningful to be part of a team that genuinely cares about their wellbeing and happiness. The staff works hard to support one another, and management encourages compassion, teamwork, and growth. Wow, I was so impressed with how clean this senior living apartments are. The calendar if events is also full each day. The food looked homemade. This is definitely a place I would place my loved ones.

Kessler Estates is absolute Top Tier in the Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities. The residents are extremely well-cared for and most importantly, loved by it's experienced, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Both neighborhoods (AL & MC), are joined into a lovely marriage of unity and involvement between all residents. The Activities department is all inclusive and it's daily schedule is chock-full of diverse and engaging things for residents to flourish and enjoy participating in.

My parents have been here since October 2023. Ater touring every assisted living in the Lima area, there was absolutely no comparison to Kessler! A bright, beautiful, up-to-date facility that combines a warm and welcoming front-line staff, it made for a great first impression and prompted my parents to agree to give it a try. My dad commented that he liked how wide and brightly lit the hallways were! They also loved the beautiful gas fireplace and well-kept aviary in the great room as well as the cleanliness of the facility. As for the staff/clinical care, they are ALL wonderful. They have had the same nurses, admin and aides since my parents have moved in. They are top-notch, caring people and are readily available and responsive. They listen to you and are so willing to whatever it takes. They are hard workers! The activities are plenty and there is no reason to stay in your room. From church to entertainment, from men's group to eating out, from cooking class to visits to local events, they offer it all and then so much more! The physical therapy is too-notch and have helped mom and dad so much....from speech to physical therapy... as well as letting them "hang out for a game of uno" if they stop by the therapy room! They are the best! An on-site full service beauty shop is wonderful. The location is convenient as well, near Meijer and many restaurants. I can honestly say that it feels like we are all one big family and that there is absolutely nothing that the staff will not do to make my parents feel loved. It's comforting to know that they are cared for by people that DO care and are sincere in their intentions. I could go on but in closing, this is a great place!!!!

We have been really impressed with the staff at Kessler Estates. They take care of their residents in a respectful manner. They listen, try to accommodate within reason, offer many fun activities, music venues, happy hours for socialization, and offer solutions when a someone needs help. I highly recommend this place for peace of mind for anyone’s family member. They truly care for all their residents.

I experienced so many wonderful scenes at Kessler Estates while I was learning more about the facility. I was touched by a few moments that brought me to tearslike watching the sing-along activity and how caring the staff was to every need of the residents. The place is super clean and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and I was impressed overall at everything I saw.

The staff and facilities at Kessler Estates are exemplary. We moved mom to Kessler from a different assisted living facility in January 2024 and her health has improved noticeably. The facility is bright and secure. Staff are cheerful and empathetic, starting with Peggy at the front desk through to every member you encounter. The management maintain a welcoming, open door policy which has been such a comfort to Mom during periods of concern or confusion. The move to Kessler has turned out to be better than we ever could have imagined!

This was a first time adventure for us with assisted living. The staff was very patient and helpful with us getting our aunt settled In properly. Their patience and help was above and beyond. We grew to really love these folks and the elder care they provide. Our aunt is no longer with us and I will definitely miss seeing these people everyday. Couldn’t ask for a better place to put your person who needs assisted living.

This place had just been wonderful we have a cousin up here that she has dementia and their memory area has just been great with her. They make her feel so welcome that she really believes this is her house and where she lives I love it. I love that she is very comfortable with being here. She gets her hair done once a week here. She loves the food they cook. I am very please with Kessler Estate. They let her little doggy come in and spend time with her during the day. If you're looking for a place I would say try this place

My mother is in the memory care unit of Kessler, Estates, Lima and has been at this facility since 2018. They have a wonderful staff and go out of their way to provide great and compassionate care for all the residents. And, Georgiana and her team go the extra mile to make sure the family is involved and kept well informed. I could not recommend a nicer place or a greater, kinder staff than Kessler Estates Lima on Eastown Road. James Gibson

Every employee at kessler Estates goes above and beyond for the care they show for the residents. If you ask any questions and that person doesn't have the answers they get the right person for you with the answer. I watched an employee stand by the front door from inside and watched a family member load a resident into a car and still went outside to assist to ensure the safety. That's impressive too me. I sleep well at night knowing my Mom is a safe and secure establishment. I would recommend Kessler Estates for anybody looking for great assisted living place for anyone you care about. From the moment I stepped in the doors of this community it felt like home. The associates and residents take great pride in this community. I am very proud to be a part of this assisted living community and blessed to be surrounded by the beautiful and compassionate people that it is made up of.

I am so at ease with my father living at Kessler Estates. I use to worry so much about him, he was forgetting to eat, he would forget his medications, he would fall due to weakness and low blood sugars because he was forgetting to eat. He is so well cared for at Kessler Estates. He has 3 meals a day in a beautiful dining hall area, he has table mates that he has grown very close too. He is more social now than I have ever seen him. He does not sit at home all alone anymore. He is living life and enjoying in house and day outing activities. He can receive Physical Therapy right at Kessler Estates, Lab Draws, Podiatry Services and also see his family doctor right in house. The staff does a wonderful job with the elderly. I am thankful for Kessler Estates.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to the monthly Alzheimer's Support Group Meetings. They are so helpful and encouraging. Wonderful information, meeting new people and sharing our experiences. We help each other. Thank you for providing this outlet for caregivers and their families.

It was very hard making the decision to move Mom to assisted living. But from the very first interaction with the Kessler Estates (FKA Elmcroft) team, they made the decision much easier. They were extremely helpful, accommodating, and patient while we worked out the details. Once Mom was moved in and settled, her quality of life increased tenfold. She went from sleeping 18+ hours a day and little interaction with others, to being a social butterfly! It's been amazing to witness. She likes to participate in all of the activities they offer, from bingo, movie days, shopping excursions and more. It has been such a great experience for all of us. They have a great family atmosphere and take personal interest in every resident. We highly recommend Kessler Estates for your loved ones.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Elmcroft of Lima for over 8 months. She needed care following a massive stroke, yet was able to function independently in a variety of ways. After in-depth research of all available options in our area (including at-home care), my husband and I chose Elmcroft for her home following stroke rehab . We are sure glad we did! The environment is bright, cheerful, and is kept very clean. It's also very secure - there is a very effective alarm system and staff we have peace of mind in knowing she is safe and enjoying life (we've called and they will tell us Mom is out in the hallway, at a movie, enjoying popcorn, etc. - WE LOVE HOW THEY CARE FOR HER). Each Elmcroft staff member genuinely cares for all of the elders who make Elmcroft their home - we've talked to many of them and they are pure joy to work with. We had to move Mom quickly when she was released from a rehab facility, and she moved to Elmcroft just as all elder-care facilities were being locked down due to Covid. The staff was extremely helpful as she settled in and in kept us informed regarding what she needed. This is a 1-floor facility. It's very safe for Mom to get around without steps or elevators. We've been able to do window visits since she moved to Elmcroft so we can see her through a window and talk with her by phone. She can go outside in a secure garden area when the weather is nice and caretakers make themselves available to be with her. She feels the love - we feel the love - and she is so happy at Elmcroft! The staff is extremely accessible, from the Director to caretakers, and they continue to be very helpful as we make sure Mom has continues to have things she wants and needs. The medical staff is AWESOME. They monitor Mom carefully and keep us informed. The entire staff has coped extremely well in providing careful interaction for residents while keeping safety first and foremost. Mom has made a lot of friends at Elmcroft, enjoys the activities, LOVES the food and we have extreme peace of mind in knowing she is cared for and loved in a professional, yet homelike setting.
