From the moment residents arrive, the staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and valued. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing the best care possible.The management team works hard to ensure the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and constantly improving with new projects aimed at benefiting the entire community. My grandparents live in independent living and the food is great, I’ll go there and eat lunch with them. The staff is super friendly and the executive director has been there for many years is very approachable and experienced. Very clean establishment!

Oh my! No better place to live than Willow Brook Christian Village! My mother is a Centrum assisted living resident there, and I am a frequent visitor and volunteer. Caring for 80+ residents in the healthcare areas is a big task for housekeepers and aides and they do it well and with loving kindness.

My grandmother was recently at Willow Brook Christian Village & we cannot say enough great things about their hospitality. Their employees went above & beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable & adapting well to her new environment. The clinical staff kept me updated with any concerns & worked with me to address them. The facility is extremely clean & well taken care of. Willow Brook Christian Village has an exceptional team & goes well above the other facilities my grandmother has been to!

My mother is a resident in Willow Brook's assisted living and I can't speak highly enough about the care she receives there. Everyone --- from servers in the dining room and frontline caregivers, to the houskeeping staff and activities director -- treats her with love and respect. When she began to have cold feet about joining us on a family vacation (she's soon to turn 99), staff provided the encouragement she needed. They even labeled her medicines each day with a personal note ... she looked forward to seeing what their daily note would be!! What a joy for our family to know that she is cared for in such a special way.

I am blessed to be part of such a wonderful ministry. All of our locations provide respectful loving care with the utmost professionalism. I have entrusted the care of my father to Cherith Care Center for short term rehab in the past and the care he received allowed him to return to the community with no lasting deficits or complications from his illness. I would never go anywhere else!!!

Overall nice facility. Clean and well kept. Decent service, but very understaffed. My Grandma called the nurse and it took over two hours to just get some pain pills. I think that is very disrepsectful for someone like her who came here for her recovery.
