As a Director from another community, I came to assess a prospective resident that was at Sarah Moore for rehab. I was greeted and welcomed at the front doors. Jodi the 3rd floor nurse was also helpful and welcoming! I met JaVeah a resident aide in the hall and she was also with a smile! Way to go Sarah Moore. You have some awesome staff.

My father has been at the facility for approximately 7 months and the entire team from the Executive Director, the unit managers, nurses STNAs, culinary and housekeeping have been very accommodating and very friendly. They listen to your concerns and are very supportive to ensure your loved one is cared for. I highly recommend this facility!

My sister (19 years my senior) Dr. Ulle Lewes, was at Sarah Moore for almost two years. If I ever had to go to a skilled nursing facility, I would ONLY choose Sarah Moore More later, in detail, how great this place and staff are..... We're too sad right now, as my sister's legal guardian has moved her to a "Memory Care" Center and we miss Sarah Moore so very much

So far so good. OLSM has a great reputation. My dad was checked in a few hours ago for the beginning of his rehabilitation stay. So much of the staff have already been in to introduce themselves and start their processes.

I have never been to Sarah Moore before. I was very impressed. The room that I visited was a "swing bed" room. It was a very comfortable room. Like a small studio apartment. The person I visited was quite satisfied staying there. There is a beautiful courtyard the clients can visit, too, if they would like some fresh air. All in all, Sarah Moore is a place I would feel comfortable taking care of my loved one, if needed.

Not a bad place to work I have work both nights and day shifts. It's always fully staffed, linens always available, clean facility like it's a personal house not a facility and the nurses are always willing to help if an STNA needs assistance.

Every member of the staff are caring and thoughtful. Your situation is gone over thoroughly. Daily feedback from staff. Exceptionally clean. Utmost care given to patient and family. If the patient can't attend an activity, an enjoyable activity is brought to the patient. Attention to details from eating, drinking, hygiene, to medicine, improved physical abilities, and spiritual well being is given. The staff is very supportive.

Our first impression of your facility was that it didn't feel like a facility at all. It felt as though we were walking into someone's home, or a high end hotel with all the amenities. Right of the bat we noticed it smelled fresh and clean and everyone greeted us with smiles and compassion. Getting to our family members room was easy and the room was perfect! Within moments of his arrival, our family member was already settled in a comfy bed and eating dinner, As of this moment, we can't say enough Great things about Sarah Moore. I visited my father in law today. He's there for acute rehab. I was SUPER impressed with everything. Starting with secure check in, badge tap access to doors and elevators, I felt reassured he was totally safe. Everyone I met was kind, helpful It was quiet, cool, smelled clean but not that annoying disinfectant/bleach smell. The rooms we well appointed, everything seemed new or almost new. What a world of difference from other SNF's I've visited. Kudos!!

We were there for a short visit but everyone we encountered (reception /those we passed in the hall) was very welcoming . . . Said good afternoon, have a nice day, etc. The visiting areas were very clean and decorated nicely. It's a very inviting place to visit and live. I like the security measures they take - you have to buzz in and check in via a camera and wear a photo badge. I'm sure it helps the residents to feel secure. Keep up the good work!

The family picnic for residents was so nice. Your Team did a fantastic job. They stopped by, said hello, talked for a few minutes, and made sure everyone was doing good. We really enjoyed the music and our grandkids loved the face painting! Thank you for all that you do for your residents.

I love working at Ohio living Sarah Moore, their clients are easy to work with and less stressful, their nurses assist you when they see you busying with another client, they will assist you in changing the client , answer call lights, I think the team work there is very strong and I love it.Sarah Moore is very clean too , the cleaner are there 24/7 make sure everywhere is clean, I love the environment. My grandmother was in Sarah Moore for several years and we've had several friends there over the years. We have only had positive experiences. Sarah Moore feels more like a little home than a nursing facility, it is always clean, never smells like a typical nursing home and the staff are exceptional. One of the finest facilities of its type in the state of Ohio. We are very fortunate to have been able to find a place for my father here. Sarah Moore has assisted living, including an underground garage for residents, skilled rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities. The care they show for their residents is heart-warming and precise. No detail is overlooked, including outstanding cuisine, compassionate and caring nursing, and excellent social programs that help each patient live life to the fullest extent possible. It's location in downtown Delaware is extremely convenient for visitors and makes taking a stroll with your loved one an activity that can include a multitude of restaurants, the venerable Strand Theater, the main branch of the Delaware County Library, and the wonderful people of Delaware going about their business on Sandusky Street.

My husband was here for almost 3 weeks between brain surgery/rehab and coming home. This facility is clean and does not smell like a typical nursing home. The food was good. The OT, PT, speech therapists, nurses and aids were great. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!

When comparing convalescent home sites as to motel/hotels, this is definitely the 'Hilton' among many sleazy flophouses! Great tasting/ non institutional food, very, very clean, excellence in physical therapy department and most importantly, extremely friendly, caring and supportive staff in all departments!!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!
