As an LPN with the majority of my experience in Assisted Living, The Inn at Olentangy Trail has welcomed me and embraced me as part of their family. I have never worked with a more dedicated staff who is willing to treat residents like family. The residents lives are important to every staff member. I wouldnt want to work for a facility that treats their residents less than a cherished family member. I am so honored to be trusted to care for all the residents at The Inn at Olentangy Trail.

As a current employee I would like to express my gratitude. When I came to OT , I was seeking a part time job to bring me joy. Little did I know, I would be embraced and welcomed into a family. This family has shown me that I have a genuine purpose in my life. Through this pandemic,the residents have encountered loss,loneliness, uncertainty and confusion. Having spent every day with them them as an essential worker, had proved to me that this is the greatest generation. They have taught me resilience as well as, compassion. Every morning I look forward to hearing stories of their past and who they once were. It is a pleasure working for OT and this my gift. Thank you for allowing me to be your Activity Director and friend.

The first time I walked into Olentangy trails I noticed it was a well put together community the aides there treat the residents like family and it is an all together a nice place to be and the facility is beautiful

For little over a year my mother Carolyn Buettner lived here in the memory Care unit. This place became her home thanks to the wonderful aids and nurses. They all took really good care of her until she passed. Amazing angels work here. thank you so much! its where I would want to be.

My father was a resident at The Inn for almost two years. During that time we had not ONE issue that needed to be addressed. The staff is superb, nursing services are professional and caring, social activities are numerous, housekeeping outstanding. The Inn is beautiful - fireplace, grand piano, lodge-like atmosphere, warm cookies in the afternoon, large spacious dining room and greeting area. We could not have chosen a better place for my father - and, we did extensive research before choosing. Stepping inside The Inn sold us - the care and attention kept us.

Amazing facility, staff, and company! Choosing to place a loved on in an assisted living facility is a stressful and overwhelming decision. There are many horror stories out there. The Inn at Olentangy Trail is such a tremendous option. The care the staff provides is such a refreshing relief. I highly recommend anyone facing this decision to consider the Inn at Olentangy Trail.

Absolutely Awesome option for an Assisted Living. You couldn't find a better place in Delaware. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The administration seems to care about the Residents and know each one by name. I would recommend them in a hearbeat!
