I have a friend that lives here. The lobby is very secure for not letting people through unless you are actually know someone there. People at the desk are always friendly. Lobby is always clean and so is the dining area that can be seen upon entering building, common halls are always clean. Very nice place. My friend's apartment is immaculate. Maintenance is kept up
