Moved in . Nice place Clean No bugs . Elevator is in need of serious repair. People have been rescued from it last week by fire dept. 4 people inside were ot injured . Shook up a little , but not injured.

I live there now never do repairs ceiling caving in mold in my apartment bugs, mice out of control no security homeless running in an out of bldg all hours of the night very scary living here

It is hard to find a place that meets your budget and is quiet except these apartments have thin walls noisy neighbors elevators sound when you go down like your going to drop however, any place has issues it's a good place to live

Nice place to live. One bedroom apartment is efficient and is all I wanted. They are under new management and are efficient with taking care of issues that may arise. They are pet friendly which is wonderful. I posted pics of apartment prior to moving in and after moving in some months back. Handrails in bathroom is an additional plus for me as well.

Right now and for the last 9 months approximately, the building has been undergoing a complete renovation, for the better. Though I have to say all of the renovation has been a great headache to the tenants and staff. But like I said when it's all over hopefully the building will have a better infrastructure.

I absolutely love it here. The management and maintenance crew have always been Very polite and courteous. I was homeless and been living in my car I was told to go to Jaycee Tower Apartments to fill a application. When I arrived at the apartments I was welcomed with open arms. Tammy helped me with my application an within 2 weeks I received a call telling me that my apartment was ready. I was inshock! I just couldn't believe that I finally had a home. I was in tears! I came and signed the lease and moved in the next day. I was due to have major constructive surgery on my right foot 2 days after I moved in. Thank God, Tammy, Karen, Terry and Judy for the Blessings of having a home to recover in. Any and everytime I have needed Any kind of assistance management and maintenance have been very prompt in addressing any and all issues. As far as Bugs of any kind There Are None in My Apartment!!! Karen and her team come in and inspect every 4 months. I mean that they come in and turn everything upside down and sideways. They check EVERYTHING!!! If there are any issues they are addressed immediately! If a neighbor has a bug issue they exterminate thoroughly! The exterminator comes to spray every 3 months just for preventive measures!!! What a Blessing it is to have a Beautiful apartment with such an amazing view of the city and the Pleasure of being apart of this amazing community. I want to give a Special Thank You To Karen, Terry, Judy and The Maintenance Crew here at the Towers for The Up keep and Keeping It Clean And Safe For All Of It's Residents!!! Keep up the Great Work!!! I Truly Appreciate All Of You!!! Thank you for such a great opportunity to live here! Sincerely, Carol

They are remodeling and making the place new again. But they need more maintenance, one unit air conditioning is not working and they gave a dirty fan that moves by itself.
