I've witnessed great care taken with the residents that reside in this facility. I have a strong belief system and the elderly DESERVE to be treated with dignity & respect. They have earned it! I can only hope to be taken care of by people that compassionate when I am in geriatric care.

My parents moved in recently. I found the administration helpful and went over and above to make the transition easier. Also the support staff went out of their way. I was so impressed that all levels of staff was genuine concerned and willing to help. Great place!

My mother has lived here for a little over a year and just recently transitioned to assisted living from independent living. The process was made seamless by the administrative and facility maintenance staff. They definitely decreased the stress for both myself and my mom. The front desk staff is always incredibly friendly and even sought out my mom when she moved into her new apartment to check on her and say hello. The housekeeping staff are wonderful as well. They do a great job cleaning her apartment and taking some time to talk with her. Overall, the staff here have made her feel at home. They also have been great about answering my questions!

I have been a caregiver for 2 lovely ladies with Alzheimer's at The Wellington for several months. Having been a caregiver in numerous local elder care facilities for 18 years, I am absolutely astonished at the level of care given at The Wellington. Every staff member is engaged, interested and hard working. From the front desk staff to the dining room workers, all are very diligent in their duties. I can tell that the management staff is very involved in the day- to- day performance of their staff. They are not armchair managers. They know the residents by name and know their families. There has never been a time when I requested to speak to someone that I wasn't instantly connected to the appropriate team member. Being visible to your residents and their families is key to a successful elder care facility. If you are looking for an ideal new home for a family member or friend, do not hesitate to visit The Wellington. Top notch management, really tasty food, lots of activities, spacious living apartments.... The Wellington checks all of the boxes.

My mother has been a resident here for several months in Assisted Living. I am extremely impressed with the nursing staff and the quality of care they provide to my mother. They are extremely professional and are very caring . They are very good about communicating with me anytime there is an issue, even if its only a medication change. I feel very comfortable and confident that she is in good hands.

I worked for the Wellington at Dayton for 6 years. I love the residents, The activities are great, customer service is awesome, and the food is above standards. I have been doing this for 21 years and this is a great place to put Mom or Dad.

I have been to The Wellington at Dayton numerous times and each visit has been positive in every way. The Activity Director is always waiting on me to arrive, ask me what is needed and what can she do for me. Sarah is very much a hands on facilitator, working with the residents, as well as those singing for them or providing a program, to involve everyone in the activity. I have been a guest, as well as one who entertains participants at a number of senior facilities, and I always enjoy coming to The Wellington at Dayton.

We have been Entertaining at the Wellington since 2016. Sarah is a fantastic Activities coordinator and always welcoming and accommodating to our large group. The residents were a delight and the drama team members loved visiting after the show to share stories.

Our church has been invited to come and have a hymn sing multiple times by the activities director and every time the staff and residents have been helpful and accommodating. The residents always enjoyed themselves and were a blessing to us as we tried to be to them, we were accepted like family. We have come to love them as some our own.

We went on a tour of the beautiful facilities that you have today. The most impressive part to me was our tour person, Kelly, was so kind and engaging with all the residents! She called each one by name and asked them how they were doing. Its important to think that as you are considering putting a loved one in any kind of home that they would be in a loving place.... and today I saw genuine love being shown to the people who lived here
