Family oriented atmosphere, management very involved with all care from housekeeping to nursing, and the residents are 100% loved by staff that is OUR staff. Clean, food is amazing, private rooms, daily activities, and well trained nursing department. I love working there.

This place is dangerous and very poorly staffed. If you love your family members keep them out of this place. The management is all about money and to hell with the employees. If you ever want to know how bad this place is ran just check out how many times state comes in. They are so short staffed that they had a resident almost freeze to death outside. This is not the place to send your family and they pay staff to write good ratings for them. It’s a scary place, ran only for money and taking care of residents and staff come way last. Im glad my family members has moved to another facility where they get proper care. They can’t even get enough CNA to take care of what they have. People setting around in filth.

My sister-in-law has been a resident for about six weeks at this fabulous facility. There are many activities such as crafts, bingo, exercises, music and an exceptionally welcoming staff who genuinely care for the residents well-being. Their meals are first-rate and the level of care has been one of competence and vigilance. All CoVid protocols are followed and align with our governors guidelines. My husband and I unconditionally recommend Laurelwood Assisted Living. Thank you! All of you are extraordinary.

I cant thank Liz and everyone at Laurelwood for helping me make it possible for my sweet friend leave the nursing home to come to Assisted Living. She has a beautiful, private little apartment. She said it feels like I am living a dream to be in such a nice place. I thought I was stuck in the nursing home forever. Its awesome that they have waiver beds to help people like my friend to have such a better quality of life!

They do a nice job on basic care, and do seem to care about their residents. Its still good to check in - they seem to sometimes be a bit disorganized. Personnel turnover can mess things up for a bit as well. Day to day care hasnt been interrupted even through this. Nice place for those who need this level of care.
