Cottages of Clayton staff work extremely well with 3rd party contractors. Patients are very well cared for. Facilities are always clean and tidy. Great place to work, even better place for your loved ones to live.

Yes a great place to work. I have been there two years now . Love the residents we have. The ED Morgan and the DON Amanda they care about the staff and do there best to please but you want to show up for work as scheduled. They and the rest of our department heads make me happy and excited to work . The best job I have ever had in my 30 something years ca

My experience has been wonderful. The staff is pleasant- the main office people are awesome. Along with the nursing and activities is all wonderful.

The staff has treated both of my parents very well. The staff cares for my parents and treats them like they are at home. They provide activities daily to help keep my parents active and have gone well above expectations with pushing my father to be more involved with the community.

Nicole, Florence ,Delaine and Jessica are the aides that always stood out as caring and hard working. Veronica was the best aide the Memory Care ever had. These aides take care of the residents as if they were family. Management never gives credit where it's due. They hire anybody just to have a body there but threaten that all are expendable. The owner Doug is rude and obnoxious and has no respect for anyone who isn't Private Pay! The Kitchen staff Dee and Dorothea were very considerate, and my Mom enjoyed her meals. This place has the highest turnover ever. I hope the rude Management Team realize they too are expendable.Unless u can guarantee ur loved one will be cared for by one of these aides my advice is too seek another assisted living facility. A new sign doesn't change the old attitudes that keep this place with ratings that suck.

Overall the staff is very loving and caring about the community. They treat this as their home and residence as part of their family. I wouldn't have my mom go any place else. My mother is 90 years old and a very social person and this is given her new friends to bond with and socialize. She says it's keeping her Young.
