Resolved problem as simply a misunderstanding on my part. Management respective of tenants yet not intrusive. Grounds well maintained and based on pricing the Villas remain best housing value for seniors. Walk in shower a huge plus.

Defiantly gone downhill! Changing furnace filters means leaving one in the door; $25 to plunge a toilet; no longer provide batteries for smoke detectors. The newest notice is golf cart broken so won't be picking up trash on Fridays. Not to mention the rent increase a. When I moved in it was low income senior housing. Not anymore.

Things have slowly but surely gone and going down in care and concern for renters here. "We dont do that anymore" is what i hear. Dont know if its because new owners but its definetly not the place i moved to 2yrs ago. Now we have mice! Never had them anywhere ive lived. Pretty much your on your own. I will leave and not miss it. The area out from apts is dirty. Trash up and down steet and in kroger parking lot carts are left right by your car. Dont use cart corrals. Its the area in general. Water is second party and expensive for 1 person. Think about it before you move here.

it is a shame that we have to live in a nice place and have to contend with my neighbors smoking. when they are outside the smoke smell comes into my apt. In today's time all places should be smoke free. Especially in a Over 55 residence.

Manager is very rude and not welcoming at all. Grounds are not kept up very well any longer. Used to feel like a community, now it's just a place to live like any other apartment. Maintenance is good. Have had a crack in my ceiling for months and no plans to fix, also have mold and they don't think it's serious. Will be looking for another place soon due to manager and problems they won't fix.
