We chose this facility for my aunt. The room was spacious however I was very displeased with the lack of communication and professionalism of the staff. The social worker Katelynn(Katie) had a horrible attitude and was unable to acknowledge or apologize for anything. While I wasn't the biggest fan of Samantha she was able to acknowledge and apologize for error. We met and I reiterated the importance of communication and the level of professionalism I expect as a client and her communication improved. If choose this facility, you have to be pro-active in setting your expectations and ensuring follow up is being made in a timely manner. It is also important to ensure the process and documents are being explained and provided in the appropriate time frame by insurance guidelines. Like any facility many face staffing difficulties however make sure your loved one's needs are being met or they will be ignored and fall through the cracks.

I am writing for my mother, Shirley Dickinson, who was a patient from 7/26/24 - 8/1/24. I can't say enough about how pleasant my stay was. Every person I dealt with was so friendly and caring. All the way from housekeeping, nursing and therapy were amazing. My room was spacious and very clean. I felt safe and very well cared for. I definitely would recommend Falls Village to my friends for their short term rehabilitation. Shirley Dickinson

We hoped there would be more communication with the staff. We didn't receive a welcome "orientation" explanation from anyone. Our family member is very unhappy with being there. A few kind smiling faces throughout the day would go a long way. Check in with caregivers to give a brief schedule for the day and what to expect

I've been employed here for a couple months and I enjoy it. The staff is so helpful, I'm actually excited to come to work now! Some days are a challenge but with a good team it's never too bad!

I am so pleased with the service that Falls Village has given my aunt. Our family is so appreciative of the entire staff and want to acknowledge Aysa, who went out her way to braid my aunts hair. She feels so beautiful. It brings us all comfort knowing she is in great care at Falls Village.

My mother was in a situation and needed to stay somewhere for therapy and rehab. I am so glad that we chose Falls Village! She spent her time there on the second floor. The nurses, aides, and everyone there treated her with respect and dignity. Linda and her other therapists worked with Mom and got her ready to be discharged. We had some insurance issues come up. Fortunately, the BOM Samantha walked us through the process and was VERY VERY helpful. Her guidance was PRICELESS! Frank did a great job in communicating with us and also worked great w/Mom! Overall Mom was very happy with her care and her stay! Start to finish, I could not recommend this facility enough! Thank you Falls Village for taking such good care of Mom!

Falls Village took excellent care of my Mom. She has been in a quite a few facilities and none have been close to how great Falls Village is. Frank in Social Work truly went above and beyond to help our family get ready for my Mom's release. She is home now, but if she ever has to go in Skilled Nursing again we definitely want it to be Falls Village!

I went out to this location for a notarization. First of all it was surely one of the cleanest locations I had gone to. The staff was helpful and pleasant especially one staff member who stood out. I dont recall her last name but her first name was Ursula. She was right at the front desk. The person I was assisting talked about how good her meals were and how comfortable she felt. You don't hear that very often in nursing facilities. So shout out to Ursula and Falls Skilled Nursing.
