Since I've been here for the last three years it's been so peaceful and I never had any issues with anything. Ms Briar is the most respectful person I know. I make coffee for her every morning like clock work !!!! She does her job very well . Thank you for everything you do

I feel this is a great and safe place to live. Outstanding service and the staff including maintenance is very attentive to your needs. The up keep of the property inside and out is clean, neat and presentable. This is one of the best apartments I have rented from thus far!

I've been here for almost three years now, and let me tell you, it's SUCH a breath of fresh air living here versus places I've lived in the past. The grounds are tidy, the building is always so peaceful and quiet! Briar is the best landlord I've had in a long, long, LONG time. She is respectful, professional, and even though she's firm, she's quite fair. She will work with tenants as much as she can, as long as they put in the work to do their part, too. She is amazing. Sometimes, we'll sit and chat for a little bit, I'll make a no-bake cheesecake and bring her some just to have a snack together. My dog ADORES her, gets so excited when "her" Briar is there. 🙂 Even though this place is on a "rougher" side of town, it's a great little "pocket of paradise" to live. The building's well-maintained, the hallways are clean, the laundry facility is well-kept, and in the warmer months, it's great to be able to walk the halls and they're nice and cool, and in the winter, they're nice and warm. Briar has set - and maintained - quite a bar for this place, making sure that the riff-raff nonsense is kept as minimal-to-nil as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough to people who are looking for a cute little apartment to live, it is so worth the price of rent to live here!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this property with the exception of delayed responses but they do respond and with a professional and sincere demeanor. My apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are quiet and I definitely feel safe. I encourage anyone looking for a nice place to live to check out Kimberly Flats.
