I have lived at Eastland Manor for several years, and recommend it to other people. The building is located on a large plot of tree-filled land, so it is a pleasant location. The apartments are of an adequate size, not huge, but suitable for a single person. There is an outdoor balcony which looks out over a forested area and is very pleasant in the summer. As far as I am concerned, the best aspect of Eastland Manor is the security. In this day and age, security doors and personnel are very welcome.

I like living at Eastland Manor. The apartment has a decent size living room, the bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom is much larger than most other apartment buildings. The kitchen is small, but I am fine with that. The management team is great. All staff listen to any concerns I've had and quickly resolve the issue. They're dedicated to making the living experience here a good one. The only downside is the Canadian Geese like it here too.

I really want to move. Not what I expected.

The building is very old and not very well taken care of. Tje elevators are always breaking down and its takes forever to be fixed. Management is rude and lazy. I am sorry I moved here. At the time tbere weren't many options in my price range. Currently looking to move.
