I want to start by saying my review of The Forum/The Estates at Knightsbridge would be a 5/5 if I was basing it on the nursing staff, food service staff and receptionists but my experience with management has changed my score. Sinceri Senior Living began managing this facility (I believe in January 2026, I am not sure because there wasnt ever any formal communication about this transition) and since they took over I have had zero communication. I couldn't tell you who manages any of the buildings, who is in charge of memory care or who plans activities, etc. I've never received an email introducing any of the management team or anyone's contact information. It was extremely disappointing because we had an excellent experience until they started "managing." While finances played a major part in our decision to leave the poor experience or lack thereof with management made the decision easy for us. I want to state again clearly that the people who are doing the real work, caring for the residents, are doing an excellent job. Everyone knew who my mom was and would tell me things like "your mom is so sweet" and "I love Ms. Rhonda." Novka who works reception in the Ambassador suites was always wonderful to talk to. She loves my mom and treated her like family. She made my family and myself feel good because we knew she was looking out for my mom. On my moms last day so many nurses and caregivers came to me to tell me they would miss her and to bring her back to visit. I am thankful for everyone who cared for her and those who took the time to let me know that they cared about her. It isn't easy to make the choice to place a loved one in a care facility but the caregiver staff made it as easy as it could be. I hope management can improve their communication with families because they are doing a disservice to the staff and the residents.

This review reflects upon a facility tour and our interactions with EaK's Community Resource Director, Ashley Bowsher. We spoke with Ashley at length about my mom's situation and needs in June 2026. I came to her already frustrated and feeling a bit defeated, and even though Ashley has probably heard 1000 versions of our family's situation, she remained compassionate and patient and kept a sense of humor and pragmatism. We toured the facility, which appeared clean and attractive, with some enjoyable amenities, comfortable common areas and engaged residents. We saw a room that was newly renovated but already spoken for, and it felt bright, modern and attractive. The star I take off is for the unrenovated rooms. They were clean but ready for a refresh-- and that is not something my mom could have overlooked. The assisted living dining needs an upgrade as well. However some of the room layouts were really nice, with convenient touches and larger rooms. The buildings and grounds make a great first impression, and the landscaping is really nice and lush. Ashley followed up after the tour, and we agreed that there was nothing suitable for my mom available at the moment. However, she gave me resources and information which helped me greatly in my continuing search. Ashley proved to me that her heart really is in helping seniors and their families, and she really impressed me!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the time you spent with my mother and I during our recent visit to Knightsbridge. We were truly impressed by everything we saw. The community was warm, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with residents’ comfort and well-being in mind. My mother especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to envision herself as part of such a vibrant community. The apartments and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Ashley is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the best solutions for each individual’s needs. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently make families feel heard, supported, and valued. I highly recommend The Estates at Knightsbridge to anyone looking for independent living, assisted living, or memory care. They are an incredible senior living community.

To the Wonderful and Complete Staff at the Forum, On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and kindness you have shown our Nana (Arabelle) since she became part of your community. You provide such excellent care and have created an environment where she feels safe and truly at home. Thank you for always greeting her with a smile, for the countless acts of kindness throughout the day, and for taking the extra time to listen and encourage her. Every gesture means more than words can say. Moving into assisted living has been a big adjustment for our family, and your patience and support have made all the difference”especially your patience with me! This is all so new, and I often find myself unsure of what helps, what doesn’t, or even who to call with a question. Your guidance and kindness along the way have truly meant so much. Please know that you make a real difference, not only in Nana’s life but in ours as well. We are so grateful to have such a caring team walking alongside her in this chapter of life. With heartfelt appreciation, From the newbies (and still learning), Heather Hecht (Granddaughter) and Arabelle’s loved ones

My Dad became a resident in Independent Living at The Forum about 10 months ago. He was very happy with his apartment. He enjoyed meeting other residents and catching up with friends who were already living at The Forum. He enjoyed activities such as bingo, choir and OSU pep rallies. He attended Mass streamed from St. Timothy Church. The staff was wonderful to him as well as welcoming to us, his family. It is a true community. Sadly, my Dad passed away a few weeks ago. While we miss him, we are grateful that he had a happy home at The Forum.

My father, John relocated to The Forum of Knightsbridge last fall. He loved his 1 bedroom independent living apartment and patio overlooking the landscaped green space. He often expressed that he moved to a country club and savored the food and dining options. He quickly made many new friends and regularly attended bingo and evening activities; especially the musical concerts like Elvis and OSU Alumni band performances. We were comforted to know that he was truly engaged with residents and staff alike. Forming fast friendships. Although Dad recently passed away due to age related health issues, it brings me joy knowing how much he enjoyed his short time at the Forum. Their staff genuinely cared and made a point to get to know their residents. As he shared with me . this is like heaven. Knowing how much he liked living there brings me happiness.

My mother came for a respite stay in 2021 and fell in love with the staff and facility so much she said 'if I have to go to a facility, I want it to be here' (no kidding). Well, a year later, her doctor said that she could no longer stay at home due to advancing dementia and we moved her to the Ambassador Suites wing - which is a higher level of assisted living. All the staff is amazing- from the receptionist to the aides! The staff truly care about the residents and work with family members as care requirements change over time. It's been almost 2 years since my Mother moved in and we are still 100% sure it was the right decision. Elaine

I have been an RN since 1983. I came to spend time with one of my most Dearest friends. From the moment I walked in I could hear joyful sounds from the large gathering area. The staff that I have interacted with are so very kind. If my mother was not in Florida living God Bless at almost 87 years young then I’d see if she liked it here. I’d rather her live with me but.she would refuse lol. Keep up the great work. The facility is beautiful.

Moving our mother from her home of 38 years was never going to be easy. At least that’s what we thought before deciding on The Forum. From our first conversation we knew we were making the best decision possible. The staff, from Executive Director through housekeeping, have been more accommodating and supportive than we could have imagined. Our mother has her independence while maintaining access to all levels of care, should they be required. I cannot recommend The Forum more highly to anyone considering care for their loved ones.

I write this as I have been thinking about our Mom a lot lately. She passed away four years ago at The Forum in long term care. Memories pop up on facebook all the time and my family is once again reminded of how much she was loved and cared for by the staff. They became family to us. My brothers and I were there all the time and personally saw how hard the staff worked. It takes special people to care for the sick and the elderly. Was it perfect? No. And it doesn't matter where you go. Every care facility has its challenges and issues. But what we saw was a place filled with love and perseverance no matter the situation. They worked as a team to give the best care possible. We are forever greatful to The Forum for taking wonderful care of our beloved "Fancy Nancy" the last few years of her life.

When my Father asked me to research and help choose a long-term memory-care facility for my Mother, I was immediately inundated with choices in the Central Ohio area. Wow, there are a lot of facilities. I called and interviewed well over a dozen, but the one that stood out the most was The Forum at Knightsbridge. From my first meeting until the passing of my Mother, they were amazing. They made, although brief, my Mom's stay everything that she deserved. I cannot say enough positive things about the facility and all of the staff. Dad and I will forever be grateful. Thank you, The Forum at Knightsbridge.

My husband spent 28 days in the Healthcare Center at The Forum at Knightsbridge for rehabilitation following extended hospitalizations. He received excellent care from skilled and caring professionals and made great progress in his therapy sessions. His stay was during COVID restrictions yet because the staff communicated with me on a regular basis I knew he was in good hands. We rejoice that he came home today and are confident with the foundation laid at The Forum he will continue to regain his independence. Thank you to our amazing Forum family for all you did for Tom and me!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the caring, efficient staff that helped our aunt make the decision to come to the Forum, and then helped with every detail to make the move as smooth as possible. Thanks especially to Nancy, Move-in Coordinator, who went above and beyond in every way. The Forum has everything we could want to help our aunt be comfortable and well cared for, and we feel blessed to have such a wonderful place for her to call home.

My Mother was at The Forum for 7 1/2 years, and was first in independent living, then 2+ months in Healthcare, to assisted living, and then to Healthcare for the end. I was always pleased with the care Mom received! Everyone was loving, kind, and caring. They were always genuinely interested in Mom and in me. Many of Mom's caregivers hugged her when they saw her. They kept me totally up dated on everything at the end, calling me several times a day, and responding in short order to any messages I left. The nurse who was with her the day before she died held the nurse's personal phone for a zoom call with part of the family while also holding the beside phone to Mom's ear so Mom could hear me. This happened for 1 1/2 hours in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon. I know Mom truly loved the people who cared for her, and always thanked them for helping her. I feel like I have lost part of my family (from the Forum) now that Mom is gone. I cannot say enough good about everyone who cared for Mom, and would gladly recommend the Forum to anyone!

My mother and I each have Independent Living apartments at The Forum and I am convinced there is no better senior living facility in Ohio. The wonderful staff works hard to care for every resident and does an excellent job of fostering friendships between them, especially new residents. No one should ever feel lonely here! The food is always good and very often excellent. The place is well-cared for and attractive. I have absolutely nothing negative to report.

It's been over a year since we moved my Dad into the Independent Living building and my Mom into their Ambassador Suites/Assisted Living building at The Forum. After living in another independent/assisted living facility we chose the Forum as it allows for all levels of care. We never thought Mom & Dad would need live in two different facilities but Mom's dementia and physical limitations were just too much for Dad, who has a heart condition. The reasons that were important in choosing The Forum hold true today: ability for Dad to walk inside the building to visit Mom several times a day; that the facility be pet-friendly; and that the location be within a short distance to stores/bank as he still drives. We visited a dozen facilities. The Forum is very hard to beat for the following: Three real meals a day, large apartments updated to include granite & stainless appliances, excellent housekeeping services - the interior of the facility is meticulously clean. On the occasions we have needed maintenance they respond almost immediately - even on the weekends. From the administrative staff, to the nurses, the personal care aides, maintenance and servers - it feels as if they all genuinely want to be there and love their Senior residents. And I can't say enough about the Activities Directors. I never realized how important they are to a facility until Mom's dementia advanced. Prior to living in Ambassador Suites, my Mom would just sit alone in her room. At The Forum, Rochelle sees to it that Mom is part of activities - she paints my Mom's nails, has her baking cookies and plays her favorite music - I know it helps to pass the time for Mom. During this Covid-19 time, the expectations put on senior living facilities is massive. They are observing all critical guidelines to protect their residents to the best of their ability - while also finding creative ways to keep them from feeling isolated. Tirzah in Independent Living even dresses up and goes to each resident's room and plans video calls with families. Though we can not physically touch or hug Mom, and she is now non verbal - I trust that the staff is caring for her as if she were one of their own family and Mom is always clean, well-fed and appears bright when we "visit" her through the window. Any time I have had a question about my Mom's care, I have found Vernonica - the Director of Nursing and Rebecca, the Executive Director, to be easily-reached, responsive and attentive to my concerns. Choosing a facility requires a leap of faith - you have to trust that they will do what they promise upon taking those initial tours. That is why I detailed our experience and hope it helps others in making that critical decision. I would not hesitate to encourage you to visit The Forum.

My post surgical needs are what landed me there and because of them I was able to achieve a rapid recovery. My wife was there last year and she experience the same outcome. Both her and I agree the staff there truly care about the people they serve. Because of being well taken care of, loved and received the daily therapy I have recovered beyond what I expected. My range of motion Is way above what It should be. The staff there are professional, courteous and very efficient. The amount of care that is given there is the reason for the great outcomes people experience after a major surgery or event.

I would rate 6 Stars If I could! My wife had Bilateral Knee replacement (both) and needed rehab after surgery. The stay there was just great, my wife gets homesick quickly, but when we came home today she said she was going to miss the people and place! First off the ENTIRE Staff was Excellent! The Facility was very clean and had cheerful atmosphere. My wife had Suburb care at all times. The Nurses and Aids were great, very friendly and helpful! Physical and Occupational Therapy were excellent as well. ALL the staff were great and so kind and helpful to us. The room was clean and quiet. It had a great view out the window of the woods there are a number of birds in the woods and grounds; Nuthatches, Woodpeckers, Chickadees and more. The food there was amazing! You could make selections for a few different items for each meal. (Visitors can also eat the same meals there) They have an area called The Bistro that has Snacks, Coffee, Mocha, Express Hot Chocolate , Soda Pop, Juices, fruit cups Cheese cups and even Sandwiches (good ones too) for visitors (Complementary) with tables to sit at and watch Cable TV. We would not have wanted to try in Home care, too many what if's came to our minds not to mention getting the instruction and advice of the Staff there. The pain meds gave my wife some really rough stomach issues and having the staff there to help out and get that issue taken care of was something we would not have been able to get so quickly at home. If we ever need it again we would come back without a second thought!

This past winter, my 91 year old mother became terminally ill and could no longer care for my 94 year old father in their home. Moving them together into assisted living at the Forum was the best decision we could have ever made. Sherry, the sales counselor, helped us with a quick transition to the Forum. I still see her often when I visit my dad and she, like so many of the employees, is a warm, caring and upbeat force in my dad's new world. Sue, the Director, was by our side during the quick decline of my mother's health. She helped make sure all my parents needs were met. Her kindness, and wonderful leadership is invaluable. Amanda, as well as all the nurses at the Forum, was a godsend. The dining room staff, the aids, housekeeping all reached out to my parents with love and kindness making the transition easier. Today, my dad is surrounded by the loving and caring staff at the Forum. He often stops to introduce me to one of his friends. Gary, the activities director, has gone out of his way to help meet my dad's social needs. I am blessed that my father is surrounded by life, and support, so that when I visit we can enjoy our time together rather than worrying about medical and housekeeping needs. Thank you, to all who have touched our lives during this transition. Mary Jo Kiourtsis

Our Mother has been a resident at the Forum since February 2017 in Independent, Assisted, Rehab and now the Health Care Center. Simply put, the staff is exemplary in their care and commitment to the residents and their families. This extends to all areas of the facility: activity director; administration; dining services; housekeeping; nursing; nursing aides; reception; security and therapy. We know our Mother's needs are being met and she is happy. The staff, other residents and their families in the Health Care Center have become an extension of our own family. Keep up the great work! My mom lived there about 6.5 yrs after suffering a series of TIAs & an infection that worsened her overall condition. She lost two months of memory she never regained but all other memories were intact. She initially enjoyed the food but grew tired of it, largely as college students do after having the same cycle of meals. Most caregivers were good but the "DOCTORS" weren't worth the title. As one myself, I feel able to comment. Mom fell in love with a man who had a history of colon cancer. Upon having abdominal pain & sent multiple times to the ER & diagnosed with "gastroenteritis", he asked Mom to help him get a private Dr who might be able to help make the diagnosis. It was a recurrence of the bowel cancer. He died within the year. The staff was QUITE UPSET with mom for helping him get another Dr outside the facility. He was GRATEFUL for her help. Mom had nodules on her vulvar area, 1 that bled, & NOBODY examined her. I did & they were angry with me. I made it clear I was not practicing at the time but since nobody had examined her, I wanted to see if she should be seen by someone. They ended up being benign but COULD have been a sign of vulvar cancer as she was in her 80s. Their basic care needs are good, but family MUST be vigilant to watch out for abnormal physical problems & step in if needed, even if they don't like you taking a peek. You'd report a roach in the food. You need to see if the blood complained about is from a problem source if you have the ability to do so.
