We lived in the Deco for a year and loved our time there! We liked that the building was quiet, well-kept, and the management was always quick to respond to maintenance needs. The location is great, just across the street from a park and walking distance from Weilands. We felt so lucky to have found such a warm community to live in!

The Deco is wonderful! 1) Nicely laid out floorplan, walls are thick and the entire complex is very quiet, everything works well! 2) I really like the security of the building - a key fob is necessary to enter at all hours of the day. 3) Management - Stephanie and Kristin have been very communicative and helpful. 4) Location! Loved the residential feel of Clintonville (so easy to walk to High St) while also have easy access to Weiland's, Studio 35, great shopping, and the interstate. Lived here for about a year, and would have stayed longer if I wasn't trying to buy a house.

We recently moved into The Deco and couldn't be happier!! We had been looking for quite awhile for a new community and happened by this charming place and we are so happy we did!! The very first encounter we had was Amazing, Stephanie showed us around like we were family and she was genuine and wanted us to be part of the Deco not just wanting another resident. The apartments are beautifully laid out and as a woman (no offense guys) , you can really tell a woman designed the apartments. The apartments floor plans make sense and they are highly functional as well as beautiful. The maintenance staff is a highly competent group of professionals who have worked with the owner for years and they care about the apartments, which is rare in a lot of communities. The apartments are quiet and the residents and staff are friendly and welcoming!!! If you are looking for a new move the I urge you to check out The Deco!

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved this place! If you are looking for a great apartment in a great area look no further. The neighborhoods around are so beautiful and there's so many cool places nearby to walk to! It's truly in a great location! Also, all the managers and maintenance staff are beyond helpful and wonderful! They take the time to get to know you and truly help in anyway they can. I cannot say enough great things about this place. You will not regret living here!

I lived here for almost a year and I really enjoy being here. All of the staff are amazingly responsive and supportive. The one bedroom is spacious. I have good view through my windows and balcony. There is a large island in kitchen. I love baking and cooking so it's the perfect kitchen for me. The living room and the bedroom are huge. Residents are friendly and polite. Plenty of parking space. The trash pick-up is super convenient, and I feel spoiled! I would highly recommend it!

I searched forever until I came to The Deco. Right away I was greeted by Heather and given a tour. I love my place, if anything at all pops up, Stephanie or Nick (along with Maintenance), will get it taken care of right away. They make it feel more like a home than an apartment. They go out of their way to get anything I might need. I just can't say enough good things about the people and interiors of The Deco.

I love the Deco. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff is friendly and are very quick to solve any issues. The residents are extremely kind, helpful and quiet. I highly recommend living at the Deco. I feel lucky to have found the Deco.

I lived at The Deco for 16 months and it is definitely my favorite apartment I've ever rented. I recently moved out of state, but otherwise would've stayed at The Deco for as long as I stayed in Columbus. The office is run very professionally and every interaction I've had with them has been perfect. The maintenance team is always top notch as well. 🙂
