If I could give less than a one I would. We hired them to provide care to my father in the hospital who was very sick. They were to help reposition him, help feed him, help make sure he was changed and cleaned up. Help put hearing aids in the charger and in his ears in the morning. Help him brush his teeth. The aids did nothing. They refused to assist with anything but wanted only to sit there with my dad and scroll phones and some slept. Some came late, some left early but still reported same hours. The nurses would tell me after every shift that they refused to help, and I reported to the company after every shift, but nothing changed. I canceled services but they still charged me for every shift but one. I paid 37 an hour for nothing.
