Our brother has lived at Mayfair for 6 years and in that time, we have not had one complaint or issue about his care or about the staff. They treat our brother like family and we appreciate all the staff and the care he receives!

My mother was a resident of Mayfair Village for 10 years, until passing away recently. I can not say enough good things about this facility. My mother was more than a resident, she was a member of the Mayfair family and they treated her as such. Mayfair was always great with communication if there were any concerns with my mom and they treated me as family as well. The staff is compassionate and extremely dedicated, I rarely saw “new faces” as far as the staff. When my mother passed the staff was shaken as if they lost a family member as well, which in actuality they did. If you’re looking for a facility for your loved one to be safe, cared for and loved, look no further than Mayfair Village. There will always be a place in my heart for Mayfair, I owe them more than words can express. Thank you for 10 years of comfort, care and love.

Hayden was just wonderful… He could not help us due to the age of our friend being too young to be able to live at Mayfair. However Hayden spend 45 minutes helping us find all the options we might have in finding our friend the best options for a place to live in the Columbus area… What a help! I would like to say even though they're short staff, the employees they do have work really hard. Especially with it being Mother's Day and they should be celebrating like most. They're working hard to tend the needs of other love ones. I would like to say Happy Mother's Day to all the hard working Mother's.

What a disgusting place. I was there after one surgery and it was ok. When I went there after this last surgery it was terrible. They didn;t have any medicine for me, they didn't have a TV's. They said they locked them up during the weekend. So here I am in pain, in a dark room with nothing to watch. The girl who they said to me that she was sorry she was mean to me. She said they made her say she was a nurse. I have some prescribed drugs with me and I took them. Then they threw me out. Then they stole my walker and computer. When I came to I was back in the hospital. No one, and I no one, should go there. It used to be a good nursing home, now it is pit with incompetent nurses and incompetent management. It my hoped they they are closed someday.

The building may not be shiny and new but it is very clean and solid. The real gem here is the staff and the community they create. I have repeatedly been so warmed by the personal observations staff members and administrators shared with me about Dad and his activities and his conversations with them -- even staff Id never realized were interacting with him. I got lots of very good regular feedback about how he was feeling, how he was eating, how he was socializing, and so much more.Mayfair feels like a home first and a business second. Dads activities were built around personal relationships with the staff and the other residents rather than around babysitting. He made friends there that he would NEVER have ventured out to meet when he lived at home.Dad looked at six other nearby places and chose Mayfair easily over the others because they all felt cold and impersonal to him in comparison. Its just an added bonus that Mayfair was more affordable than all the others.

I stayed here for two weeks getting respite care after open heart surgery at the Cleveland clinic. The folks who staff this facility are some of the nicest people I have ever met. If the people who surround you are the most important thing in your life, this is a wonderful place to recover from surgery or, if necessary, to spend a prolonged period of time in independent living.

My Father spent seven months at Mayfair Village and enjoyed every minute. The staff was pleasant and attentive to his day to day needs. The facility was very clean and well kept both inside and out. The staff was great at keeping everyone busy with games events and music on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Mayfair Village for anyone looking for the best care for their parents or grandparents. Thanks you to the staff for the caring atmosphere that my Father enjoyed while in your care.

Mayfair Village has an excellent staff from the director to the receptionist! They are truly people oriented folks with terrific personalities! My mom has been living here for four years and her medical situation has been complicated. The nursing staff has been supportive in helping me to make informed decisions about her care. Assisting an aging parent is rarely simple but I feel as though the Mayfair staff has helped me with every step along the way to understand the complex issues surrounding her care. I feel as though I have a partner in caring for my mom.

My mother in law lived with me until I was unable to care for her during my illness and it was a relief to know she was in a great place, a place I felt safe to move her into. The staff was wonderful, the outings they took her on were great. The food wasnt bad either! Friends were made as well as good memories. I would recommend Mayfair Village for your lived one!

My grandma lived at Mayfair during the last months of her life. I loved the staff and everyone there. They treated her and all of us with love and respect. It was clean and it actually smelled decent in there. I highly recommend it.

Many people live at Mayfair Village, It is second to none in the Columbus, area. I was on the rehab side a few times and was treated so well by the whole staff. It did not matter what position they held, they would help you all they good. And if they couldnt they would get someone that could help you. We did many things with the Retirement side, and we all had a great time, because they people who were in charge knew what they were doing. The therapy dept. is the best in Ohio. I loved therapy, I loved working with everyone I came in contact with there. The reason, they know what you needed. You listen to them, you would get better, it all took baby steps and they were willing to take the baby steps with you. I loved Mayfair a lot when I was there.
