I moved into my apartment last year when the previous owner was in charge. It was ran horribly and all the previous company did was band aid everything to just get by. Since the new management (Nomad Property Management) has taken over there have been many changes starting to happen. Jess and the owners have began renovating apartments and updating them, the hallways and common areas have received updates and fresh paint, safety has greatly improved and many other things have began changing for the better. Any time something breaks within the building or my apartment it is fixed as quickly as possible. The maintenance men have been fast and efficient as well. Jessica in the office has been nothing but accommodating and friendly with my family and I. My daughter and dog loves getting to see her in the office and any time we have had an issue she is on top of correcting the problem and works quickly to make sure things get done.

Bexley house has been home to me a little over 2 years. I've seen a lot of transitions and staffing changes. I love my apartment and bexley in general. Hint, the reason I haven't moved yet. The past 3 months have been the most transitional here The service manager Rene came in and you can see the difference in the grounds, trash room and our gate has been fixed after months being in operable. Four stars only because the building itself has some issues. Five though, for the team that keeps us happy here. In three years here this team of management beats all! Both Deandrea and Renee (ray). Are so very helpful and responsive. Their attitudes just can’t be compared. I plan to be here for quite some time. Having a maintenance person that takes our needs seriously and knows what to do is such a great thing. Never been solicited for remarks. They must surely reflect upper management’s Goals. So happy .

It's the best of living in a college town without giving up that NYC Upper East and West side flair. One of the few buildings in Columbus where you can bring your full dining room set if you like to look your dinner guests in the eye during a meal instead of balancing on a barstool, where your neighbors are diverse and know your name, and where management isn't happy until you smile. Janet and the maintenance team (Carlven and Logan) are as great as everyone says. The new owners' commitment to investing in this building is clear. Don't waste months looking for home. Start here! Bexley House is a place to call home for years!

Though my time residing at the Bexley House apartments has been short, it has been a vast improvement compared to the last property I lived in. Here, the manager Janet has been quick and pleasant while accommodating my requests and inquiries about the property. The two reoccurring maintenance men (Carlven & Logan) that I often see around the building have been timely, efficient, and pleasant when fixing any notable problems that have appeared in my apartment. One positive aspect of the layout of this building is that there is enough of a gap between the different floors of the complex that I rarely hear children running around and screaming, which was a concern of mine when moving in. I have had several fun-filled nights in the little community room with the pool table, and while we weren't obnoxiously loud, our presence could easily be noticed if one were to turn the corner. However, this is not a problem for any residents on higher floors due to there being no suites being situated directly above the room.

I have lived at Bexley House for two years and am planning to move out soon. My wife is coming back to live with me and she requires many handicap accomodations which are not in place at Bexley House. It has been a good experience living here, as service requests and needs have been met efficiently and promptly, and I have found Janet Sanchez to be most friendly and helpful in all regards. The only thing I haven't liked is the heating/air conditioning system, which only works one at a time. So there have been periods when my 4th floor apt was either much too warm or much too cold, lasting until the changover finally occurred.

I have lived here 3 years, and the community was sliding downhill with the previous owners/property managers. After GoldOller took over, things have started to improve. The previous owners insisted they could not bring in a recycling bin. Yet, that's one of the first things GoldOller did. They replace the faulty parking lot gate, so that we became a gated community again! The ground's keeping as much much better and the landscaping this year was really beautiful... I added pictures. They upgraded our game room with a pool table and last but hardly leased they completely resurfaced not only the parking lot but also the front service drive and several of the walkways which had become dangerous to traverse! This is how it was supposed to be in the first place!

They don’t give us AC until it’s been 80 degrees for three days in a row. And then they turn the AC off in September. But the front office is air conditioned all year round. there’s no door stops on any of the outside doors anymore because maintenance removed them. So if you have to carry groceries inside or literally anything that needs both of your hands you’re just out of luck. They do have TWO carts all the way in the front of the building if you don’t want to make more than one trip 🙂 but to get the carts you have to first go to the mailroom (most people park in the back in the parking lot) and take the cart outside and that’s if you get lucky and people actually put the carts back. not the absolute worst but I wont be recommending to anyone anytime soon
