My stove has not been working for a week.i was promised one several days ago but I still have no way to cook management is terrible.

Some of our maintenance issues are not being fixed and yet some are. When I request from the rental office they get fixed, but when I request face to face with maintenance man, they don’t get fixed or an explanation as to why they never showed up when they said they would. Thank you

Our issue with a refrigerator quitting was addressed the day it was submitted. Our maintenance man came that very day. He stated we would have a new one. We did get it. He set everything up and removed the old one. Our request was handed efficiently , professionally and caringly. Very pleased with their immediate concern. We live st Alkire Gate. Very happy with result. I would rate them at the top.. .

Everything has gone smoothly - if I ever had a maintenance issue it was always taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are kept very clean and kept up. For the most part it's a quiet community.

I had the pleasure of being assisted in my search for a new home by Catherine. Even though this property is occupied to the fullest, she still walked me through what the apartments looked like using a floor plan and a video. She was thorough, and relatable. She took the "stress of apartment looking", out for me.

We lived here for 4 years, when we first moved I we had fantastic neighbors and management, maintenance was great. Into our 2nd year everything started to deteriorate . Many people had pets that they were not picking up after. We had multiple issues with our AC on several weekends (that were extremely hot)that were not addressed until the following week. There was matters with neighbors fighting in the parking lot, that to our knowledge were not addressed. We were told they were but the issues continued. There was constant doors being slammed daily all day knocking items off our walls.These apartments are very insulated so for us to hear door slamming it seemed intentional. There are no amenities at this complex which was unfortunate. I will say the apartments are a great size and the area is clean. But as with most places the cost is high for an apartment with nothing for its renters.

Cathern, who manages Alkire Gate, is very proactive. Anytime I have either a question or a maintenance issue, it is addressed throughly and promptly. I have only had a couple of maintenance issues. Gary had it fixed the same day. Recently, I turned on my furnace for the first time of the season. It didn't work. Cathern had it fixed at the end of the day. I highly recommend Alkire Gate as a great place to live. Kudos to Cathern, who manages Alkire Gate and Gary for his hard work. Jim Breibach

I have lived here for 4 years, and I absolutely love it here. It is quiet, the apartments are very spacious. Since I have been here we have had a few managers, but the one we have now (Catherine) she is very polite, professional, and understanding. I am so appreciative for everything she has been able to do. She is amazing!

As I've took the time learning the trees and beautiful mother Nature for quite some time as an idea alkire gate would be absolutely amazing doing photo shoots for weddings,family,couples.

We’ve lived here for three years now and love the community. It’s quiet, the neighbors are nice, and the rent is affordable! Maintenance comes the same day you call and the office manager Shawna is super sweet. I’ve apartment hopped for years and have been here the longest - by far my best experience renting. I’ll be a little sad whenever we choose to leave.

Best place I’ve ever rented! The unit is large, and the layout is wonderful. Very quiet community. Safe area of town. Management is very responsive. Alkire Gate is everything you could want an apartment living!

My grandmother rents an apartment here and they are very nice, clean, and very big. The apartment doesn't feel like you live in a box. It actually has a long hallway, kitchen is totally away from the living room, dining room is not apart of the living room and is its own large space next to the kitchen. Everything is very spacious! My grandmother will never move from this apartment complex. She is very happy and satisfied. They also keep everything nice and clean outside as well!!

I currently live here and love the neighborhood. But the apartment needs work. I have outdated appliances my dishwasher barely works correctly and I’ve told them about it and it has rusted parts on the inside. The carpet no matter how many times I clean it stays dirty. I can’t deal with the rent going up every year $20-$40 a month. There is absolutely no amenities for me my husband or my four-year-old son. No playground, no pool, and no community room. Late fee attached on day 2 of the month is a bit extreme. Would love to have updates in this apartment!!!

My friend lives here and everything she needs is taken care of. Janet in the office is fantastic and often bakes goodies for people. A true gem in todays times!
