Our family was recommended here by a friend who use to work for the company. I wasn’t disappointed! The building is beautiful! The Memory Care is so clean and bright! My sister has a beautiful view from her room and the courtyard. It’s nice to visit and see her enjoying the weather with the other residents. No complaints in fact nothing but great things to say. I’m so happy my sister is safe with people who really do care about her.

I had a family member who lived at the Ashford in the memory care and the staff were great! This was my first time with a family member who had dementia and trying to understand everything my great aunt was going through was hard. They really helped me process and understand my great aunts journey. There was a lot to learn and even though it was hard to see her that way i knew she was well taken care of and loved by those who were caring for her. Anytime I had a question or concern they took it seriously and really made an effort to accommodate our family in those last hours to the point where they don't have 24 hour bedside nursing, because they are assisted living, but staff, nurse, and the manager made sure to always make sure she was safe and comfortable even when my own family refused to take her condition seriously. I'm thankful for all they did for us.

Very disappointed that my aunt had a fall was sent to hospital for treatment sent back to Ashford and had to be returned to the Er because there was no nurse to receive her?

My mother has lived here in the memory care unit for three years. The greatest gift I have received since her move here is the confidence that she is receiving the care she needs by the staff. I have observed an administration and staff that continue to strive to improve and provide the support both my mother and I need. My questions and/or concerns are always welcome and addressed in a timely manner.

I called to learn more about assisted living. Phone rang, and I spoke to a woman named Deb. She was very kind and helpful and referred/transferred me to Tasha to get more information about application processes. I left a voicemail. Deb is amazing, prompt, and informative. It’s amazing that people like Deb still exist! So grateful for her taking the time to answer questions.

We had prayed for a place for our Mom and was led to The Ashford. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were pleased. From Tasha being so open and caring about helping us get Mom moved into The Ashford, the politeness and respect that all of the staff show the residents is wonderful. We are so pleased and grateful to all staff members. Thank you for making her feel so welcome. We are truly blessed by GOD to have found The Ashford.

We just moved our Mother in and love it! The staff are so sweet and caring. Ms.Tasha is the heart of the place, she walked us through the process and checks in regularly to make sure everything is going well. The other ladies and gentlemen living there are very welcoming and everyone seems to enjoy being there. Coming in the door is like a breath of fresh air and always beautifully decorated, the rooms are gorgeous and cozy..wish I could move there too!

My mom has had some special moments here at the Grove. She absolutely loves being a part of the activities, especially when it involves dancing. I really appreciate the team for doing what they can to always help my mom feel comfortable. Of course there are days that aren’t what she’d like them to be, but that comes with the aging process and being away from what she once knew as normalcy. However, I am at peace with the care and support they give to me and mom so that I can continue to work and be a part of her everyday with less stress and more happy days. My grandmother has lived at The Ashford of Grove City for about 4 years now, and throughout that time, she has received consistently compassionate and attentive care. The staff have gone out of their way to get to know her personally, helping her feel comfortable regardless of the level of care she needed at any given time. I’m grateful for the support they’ve provided both to her and to our family. They’ve made an otherwise stressful and emotional time a little easier to navigate.

I know that all facilities have positive and negative qualities. I however will tell you that Kevin and their team here do the very best to quickly resolve anything that comes up. I’ve had mom and dad here for almost 2 years and I feel very safe with their care and attention they receive from the nursing staff and team .. Mom always says I feel safe here and they are so attentive. It’s a beautiful building and spacious room for sure !! I loveeee Sharon the aid she’s makes mom and dad feel like her own family members. My grandma has been a resident at Ashford for a couple years now. The staff is great! She is happy and comfortable. She lives in the independent living section so she doesn't require a high level of care. They keep the place clean and are very diligent about checking for colds and fevers before visitors are allowed in. They usually have a few celebrations each year where family can come in and celebrate along side. We've been to the Easter celebration and the Halloween ones so far and had a blast. They really go all out!

I moved my parents Spring 2021 to Ashford of Grove City from another Assisted Living to help save money. My mom had dementia and dad with Alzheimers. After several months, mom and dad had to move into Memory Care unit. The care they received was amazing. The staff were so helpful and compassionate. My dad passed in June 2021 and my mom just this May. Dad's passing was unexpected. Mom was on hospice. I stayed with her in the facility her last days and cannot express enough the gratitude I have for this staff. Aides checked in every 1 to 2 hours and even at night. Nursing was there to help and guide me. I work in facilities like this and had an idea what to expect. Everyplace is having staffing issues. Ashford went above and beyond for my family and me. I cannot say enough good things.

My mom moved in for assisted living at the beginning of January, 2021. It is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Every employee I’ve met has been kind. They truly are making my mom’s stay great. The price for the care is reasonable especially when compared to other communities. They did a great job adhering to Covid-19 prevention. Screening visitors and employees, extra sanitation steps, limiting where outside visitors go in the building make me feel secure that the residents, the employees, and visitors will continue to be safe there. My mom’s room is a studio and everything she needs fits fine. We were concerned she may need memory care in place of assisted living but we are confident that the great people there are helping her with her daily routine. Each room on independent and assisted living side has a sizable refrigerator and a microwave. Counter space is a little tight. Since meals are included, there isn’t much need for a kitchen but having one is a great touch to prepare snacks. The bathroom is very large! There is no trouble with maneuvering a walker in there. We put a little storage cabinet in because storage space is at a premium. Even with that extra furniture, it’s plenty big! If you do go to visit, please take notice of the details they put into the lighting, the decorations, the paintings, and the furnishings in the common areas. It is very bright and cheerful! Each resident’s door has a tiny recessed lamp illuminating the door. A nice touch! The common areas are nicely furnished and well lit with upscale direct lighting fixtures and in some cases additionally lit with indirect lighting. The activities have been fun. My mom had been encouraged to attend many and while she was alway reluctant in the past at another facility, her she is flourishing and goes to many activities here. The care givers, the director, Matt, the maintenance person, Eddy, and the front desk pair, Barbara and Kelly , have all been super nice to my family and my mom. She is getting fantastic care. I am feeling so much more relaxed lately because I know they are handling everything.
