I currently work here as a Nurse and it is a wonderful community to be apart of. The facility is beautiful the residents are so nice and treat everyone respectfully. I want to specifically point out Amanda Bell. Since Amanda has started as Director of Nursing she has given her all to this community making it as wonderful as it can be. She always has a smile and willing to help in any situation. She goes the extra mile not only for the residents but staff included. Traditions at North Bend just had a ODH deficiency free survey. Im very lucky to have her as my Director of nursing.

Traditions @ NB It's a wonderful place to work I love the atmosphere been working @ traditions NB as a nurse for eight months now...the staff and Resident are very nice and respectfully especially our Director of nursing Amanda Bell she is a wonderful person Thank you for all the dedication you bring to your work everyday. We appreciate and notice the hard work you put in to keeping the facility safe and respectful place to work.

Traditions North Bend is absolutely gorgeous facility. Everything is still in great shape or new, and maintained to the highest level. They have thought of everything and will do anything possible to meet the needs of the families. The staff is committed to providing excellent care; recognizing the importance of keeping residents and family members safe yet connected during trying times. Always going the extra mile. Would highly recommend!

I cannot express my appreciation enough to Paul Kidwell and his dynamic team for such a beautiful and compassionate tour. It is a Gem on The Westside of Cincinnati that has been so needed! Additionally, I cannot forget Chef, he is amazing himself creating culinary delights that are beautiful, nutritious, and scrumptious ! Thank you Chef as well for being so kind and sharing your talents !!
